【摘要】：教學(xué)工作是學(xué)校工作的核心,教學(xué)管理必是學(xué)校管理中的重中之重,是現(xiàn)代學(xué)校管理的重要組成部分。教育管理具有文化屬性和積極的文化功能,其核心目的是促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展。而隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,英語的作用和地位顯得越來越突出,學(xué)好英語成為學(xué)生必不可少的一項(xiàng)技能。英語教學(xué)管理是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)英語教學(xué)目標(biāo)對英語教學(xué)過程、教學(xué)質(zhì)量和教學(xué)結(jié)果的管理。H學(xué)校英語教學(xué)管理有其獨(dú)特和優(yōu)秀的一面,但同時也存在一些問題。完善H學(xué)校英語教學(xué)管理是英語教學(xué)活動的主線,管理水平的優(yōu)劣直接影響H學(xué)校英語教學(xué)的質(zhì)量。本研究以蘇州市H學(xué)校為研究對象,運(yùn)用訪談法、文獻(xiàn)法、行動法和觀察法、案例研究法對該學(xué)校的英語教學(xué)管理進(jìn)行研究。首先,通過觀察H學(xué)校英語教學(xué)管理的現(xiàn)狀,從英語教學(xué)理念、英語教學(xué)管理的原則、H學(xué)校獨(dú)特的教學(xué)制度管理幾方面對所得材料進(jìn)行梳理和分析。其次,通過對H學(xué)校英語教學(xué)管理的現(xiàn)狀觀察和分析后,總結(jié)出H學(xué)校英語教學(xué)管理中存在的問題有:第一,教學(xué)理念執(zhí)行中存在的問題;第二,教學(xué)管理原則的落實(shí)存在問題;第三,教學(xué)管理結(jié)果存在的問題;第四,管理評價體系存在的問題。最后,針對H學(xué)校英語教學(xué)管理存在的問題,提出幾條建議和對策。
[Abstract]:Teaching work is the core of school work, teaching management must be the most important part of school management, is an important part of modern school management. Educational management has cultural attributes and positive cultural functions, and its core purpose is to promote the all-round development of human beings. With the rapid development of economy, the role and status of English is becoming more and more prominent. Learning English well becomes an indispensable skill for students. English teaching management is to achieve the goal of English teaching in English teaching process, teaching quality and teaching results management. H school English teaching management has its unique and excellent side, but there are also some problems. Improving the management of H school English teaching is the main line of English teaching activities, and the quality of H school English teaching is directly affected by the quality of the management level. This study takes Suzhou H School as the research object, using interview, literature, action and observation, case study to study the English teaching management of this school. First of all, by observing the present situation of English teaching management in H school, this paper analyzes the materials obtained from the aspects of English teaching concept, principles of English teaching management and the unique teaching system management of H school. Secondly, after observing and analyzing the present situation of H school English teaching management, the author concludes that the problems in H school English teaching management are as follows: first, the problems existing in the implementation of teaching ideas; second, Problems exist in the implementation of teaching management principles; third, problems in teaching management results; fourth, problems in management evaluation system. Finally, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in view of the problems existing in the management of H school English teaching.
