濟寧市小學生體育鍛煉現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:擁有健康的體魄是成功的基礎(chǔ),青少年兒童是祖國的未來,民族的希望,增強少年兒童的體質(zhì),促進少年兒童健康成長,是關(guān)系國家和民族未來的大事。少年兒童的身體健康情況呈現(xiàn)逐年下降的趨勢引起整個社會各有關(guān)部門的高度重視。從近幾年來學生體育健康監(jiān)測情況看,學生體質(zhì)下降,身體機能較弱等問題尤為突出,應(yīng)引起我們的深思。對小學生來說,更好的學習文化基礎(chǔ)知識的前提是身體健康,進行體育鍛煉不僅能夠使自身素質(zhì)提高,還為保證其他學習活動的順利進行奠定基礎(chǔ)。濟寧市是魯南五市中的中心城市,其體育氛圍濃郁,多次被國家體育總局評為“群眾體育先進集體”,還涌現(xiàn)出國家級運動健將,但是青少年的體質(zhì)指標在持續(xù)下降,所以培養(yǎng)他們形成良好的體育鍛煉習慣,增強體質(zhì),強化終身體育意識,是促進他們?nèi)姘l(fā)展的必然選擇。本文運用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法和訪談法以濟寧市6所不同位置學校的小學生為對象進行調(diào)研,分析他們體育鍛煉的現(xiàn)狀得出以下主要結(jié)論:1、濟寧市小學生能夠認識到體育鍛煉的重要性,但是實踐性不高;校外鍛煉不足原因是文化課作業(yè)較多,無時間運動。運動項目單一,消費投入少。2、學校領(lǐng)導重視文化課成績而忽視體育鍛煉的重要性,依然在傳統(tǒng)的教育誤區(qū)中;教師教學方法死板,沒有重視學生個性發(fā)展,存在占用體育課現(xiàn)象,體育設(shè)施不完善,利用率低。3、家庭中沒有營造良好的體育氛圍,家長對體育鍛煉的認識度不高,迫于生活的壓力多數(shù)父母在外奔波,孩子的身體健康情況被忽視。4、應(yīng)試教育仍在影響社會,人們把學習好作為衡量一個孩子的標準,周圍體育設(shè)施的缺乏,場地限制也會阻礙孩子鍛煉的積極性。針對上述研究結(jié)合結(jié)論,提出以下建議:1、首先學校要改變“分數(shù)論英雄”的觀念,重視孩子個性發(fā)展,關(guān)注學生全面發(fā)展;其次對體育教師資格考試的方式進行改革,重視體育教師的專業(yè)培訓。2、家長要改變“沒病就是健康”的觀念,在改善和提高青少年體質(zhì)健康這條道路上扮演好“領(lǐng)路人”的角色,為孩子制定體育鍛煉計劃,設(shè)置獎懲機制,參與并鼓勵孩子進行體育活動,為學生體質(zhì)健康問題增加“營養(yǎng)”。3、提高社會各界重視學生體育鍛煉的程度,整合社會體育資源。4、小學生要認識體育鍛煉的重要作用,在運動時要掌握正確的呼吸方式,選擇長時間的耐力性運動來促進呼吸器官的發(fā)育;活動中增強自我保護意識,防止意外造成損傷。
[Abstract]:Having a healthy physique is the foundation of success. The hope of the nation is to strengthen the physique of the young children and to promote the healthy growth of the young children, which is a major event related to the future of the country and the nation. The situation of children's health is decreasing year by year, which attracts the attention of the whole society. From the monitoring of students' physical health in recent years, the problems of students' physique decline and weak body function are especially prominent, which should arouse our deep thinking. For pupils, the premise of better basic knowledge of learning culture is health. Physical exercise can not only improve their own quality, but also lay a foundation for ensuring the smooth progress of other learning activities. Jining is the center of the five cities in southern Shandong. Its sports atmosphere is rich, and it has been named "the advanced mass sports collective" by the State Sports Administration many times. There are also national athletes emerging, but the physical fitness index of young people is continuously declining. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice to train them to form good physical training habits, to strengthen their physique and to strengthen their consciousness of lifelong physical education. This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and interview to investigate the primary school students in 6 schools in Jining. By analyzing the present situation of their physical exercise, we can draw the following main conclusion: 1. Jining pupils can realize the importance of physical exercise, but the practice is not high; the reason for the lack of out-of-school exercise is that there are more homework in culture class and no time for exercise. Single sports items, less consumption investment, school leaders attach importance to the achievements of cultural classes, but ignore the importance of physical exercise, still in the traditional education errors, teachers' teaching methods rigid, not paying attention to the development of students' personality, There exists the phenomenon of occupying physical education class, the sports facilities are not perfect, the utilization ratio is low, the family does not create a good sports atmosphere, parents' understanding of physical exercise is not high, and most parents travel outside under the pressure of life. The physical health of children is neglected. The examination-oriented education is still affecting the society. People regard good learning as the standard to measure a child. The lack of sports facilities around the area will also hinder the enthusiasm of children to exercise. According to the conclusions of the above study, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first, the school should change the concept of "score on hero", attach importance to the development of children's personality and pay attention to the all-round development of students; secondly, reform the way of the PE teacher qualification examination. Pay attention to the professional training of physical education teachers. 2. Parents should change the concept of "no illness is good health," play a "leading role" on the road of improving and improving the physical health of young people, and formulate a physical exercise plan for their children. Setting up reward and punishment mechanism, participating in and encouraging children to carry on sports activities, increasing "nutrition" .3for students' physical health problems, and raising the degree of paying more attention to students' physical exercise from all walks of life in the society. In order to integrate social sports resources. 4, primary school students should recognize the important role of physical exercise, master the correct breathing mode while exercising, choose long endurance exercise to promote the development of respiratory organs, and strengthen the consciousness of self-protection in the activities.
