減負(fù)背景下小學(xué)家庭作業(yè)設(shè)計策略研究

【摘要】:多年來,有關(guān)減負(fù)的聲音一直未斷,國家有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)也對學(xué)生減負(fù)問題出臺多項政令,但至今效果一般。如何合理的設(shè)計家庭作業(yè),使之能更好地為教學(xué)服務(wù),是當(dāng)今教育理論工作者和一線教師面臨的重要課題。家庭作業(yè)不僅是學(xué)生對學(xué)習(xí)效果的檢驗與反饋,也在一定程度上為教師改變教學(xué)側(cè)重點指明了方向。所以,對減負(fù)背景下家庭作業(yè)設(shè)計的研究有著現(xiàn)實意義。本研究以錦州市某小學(xué)中高階段的學(xué)生為調(diào)查對象,以在校的一線教師為訪談對象,進(jìn)行了相關(guān)問題的調(diào)查。結(jié)果顯示,雖然當(dāng)前小學(xué)家庭作業(yè)設(shè)計表現(xiàn)出一些良好的勢頭,但一些不足仍然存在,具體表現(xiàn)為所有學(xué)科的作業(yè)總量偏大、作業(yè)不能激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣、作業(yè)形式比較單一等。針對以上不足,本研究從理論基礎(chǔ)出發(fā),通過對調(diào)查結(jié)果和案例的分析與整理,對小學(xué)家庭作業(yè)設(shè)計目的、設(shè)計實施內(nèi)容、設(shè)計評價方面提出相應(yīng)的建議。本研究在一定程度上豐富了小學(xué)家庭作業(yè)領(lǐng)域的研究成果,以期幫助一線教師樹立正確的作業(yè)觀,同時也為教師和即將參與到教師工作中的師范生在作業(yè)設(shè)計時提供了可參考的文獻(xiàn)資料。
[Abstract]:Over the years, the voice of reducing the burden has not stopped, the state agencies have issued a number of decrees on the issue of reducing the burden of students, but so far the effect is modest. How to design homework reasonably and make it better serve for teaching is an important task that educational theorists and first-line teachers are facing. Homework is not only the test and feedback of students' learning effect, but also points out the direction for teachers to change their teaching emphasis to some extent. Therefore, the study of homework design in the context of load reduction has practical significance. In this study, the students in a middle and high stage of a primary school in Jinzhou were investigated, and the first-line teachers in Jinzhou were interviewed. The results show that although the present primary school homework design shows some good momentum, but some shortcomings still exist, the specific performance is that the total amount of homework is on the large side, the homework can not stimulate students' interest, the form of homework is relatively simple, and so on. In view of the above deficiencies, this study from the theoretical basis, through the investigation results and case analysis and collation, the primary school homework design purpose, design implementation content, design evaluation put forward the corresponding suggestions. To some extent, this study enriches the research results in the field of primary school homework, in order to help the teachers to set up a correct view of homework. At the same time, it also provides reference documents for teachers and teachers' students who will participate in teacher's work design.
