【摘要】：學(xué)校的安全管理工作是全社會(huì)安全管理工作的一個(gè)重要組成部分。因?yàn)樗坏P(guān)系著青少年安全健康的成長(zhǎng),還關(guān)系到社會(huì)上千萬(wàn)個(gè)家庭的幸福和社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。當(dāng)下,校園安全問(wèn)題己經(jīng)成為了社會(huì)各界所關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題。為了使青少年身上的意外事故減少到最低限度,保護(hù)每一個(gè)孩子的安全已經(jīng)成為中小學(xué)教育和管理的重要內(nèi)容。針對(duì)校園安全管理問(wèn)題,學(xué)校根據(jù)國(guó)家的法律法規(guī),文件政策,建立健全校園安全管理制度,完善日常安全管理,對(duì)教師和學(xué)生進(jìn)行安全教育等。但是在具體的實(shí)施過(guò)程中,還存在著一些問(wèn)題,對(duì)學(xué)校的師生、教育教學(xué)產(chǎn)生了不好的影響。因此,我們還應(yīng)加大對(duì)校園安全管理的深入研究。本研究以延吉市A小學(xué)的全體教師和部分學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法,查閱、收集、整理了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)有關(guān)小學(xué)校園安全管理問(wèn)題的研究現(xiàn)狀及其成果,進(jìn)而掌握了國(guó)內(nèi)外小學(xué)校園安全管理問(wèn)題當(dāng)下的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法,對(duì)延吉市A小學(xué)的校園安全管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)該小學(xué)校園安全管理中存在的問(wèn)題,并從學(xué)校方面、教師自身安全素質(zhì)方面及學(xué)校與上級(jí)部門的溝通協(xié)調(diào)方面對(duì)校園安全管理中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。運(yùn)用SPSS24.0對(duì)延吉市A小學(xué)校園安全管理現(xiàn)狀及校園安全管理效果中的調(diào)查結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析、做出數(shù)據(jù)描述和數(shù)據(jù)檢驗(yàn)。本文從理論上進(jìn)一步豐富對(duì)校園安全管理現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素的研究,爭(zhēng)取為同類學(xué)校中的校園安全管理問(wèn)題提供理論上的依據(jù);從實(shí)踐上優(yōu)化和改善延吉市校園安全管理提供可靠的參考,從而促進(jìn)學(xué)校教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)的正常進(jìn)行,促進(jìn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的不斷提高,為教師和學(xué)生提供一個(gè)安全、穩(wěn)定、和諧的校園,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)學(xué)生的健康發(fā)展,素質(zhì)教育及其教育目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),除此之外,也為其他同類學(xué)校的校園安全管理問(wèn)題研究提供參考和借鑒。通過(guò)調(diào)查研究得出如下結(jié)論:安全制度的制定和執(zhí)行不一致;安全人員的監(jiān)督管理不到位;學(xué)校對(duì)安全設(shè)施管理不到位,安全教育活動(dòng)重理論輕實(shí)踐,實(shí)效性不夠。不同崗位和教齡的教師對(duì)校園安全管理現(xiàn)狀認(rèn)識(shí)上存在差異。針對(duì)以上存在的問(wèn)題,提出如下建議:第一,轉(zhuǎn)變領(lǐng)導(dǎo)校園安全管理觀念,加強(qiáng)制度落實(shí);第二,加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè);第三,加強(qiáng)與上級(jí)部門的溝通與協(xié)調(diào),保障校園安全管理工作的順利進(jìn)行;第四,科學(xué)、合理的安排安全教育活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:School safety management is an important part of the whole social security management. Because it is not only related to the safety and healthy growth of teenagers, but also related to the well-being of thousands of families and social stability. At present, campus security has become a hot topic of social concern. In order to minimize accidents among teenagers, protecting the safety of every child has become an important part of primary and secondary education and management. In view of the campus safety management problem, the school establishes the perfect campus safety management system, consummates the daily safety management, carries on the safety education to the teacher and the student according to the national laws and regulations, the document policy. However, in the process of implementation, there are still some problems, which have a bad effect on the teachers and students, education and teaching. Therefore, we should also increase the campus safety management in-depth research. This research takes all teachers and some students of Yanji A Primary School as the research object. In this paper, literature method is used to consult, collect and sort out the current research status and achievements of scholars at home and abroad on the safety management of primary schools, and then grasp the current development trend of campus safety management in primary schools at home and abroad. By using the method of questionnaire and interview, this paper investigates the present situation of campus safety management of A Primary School in Yanji City, and finds out the problems existing in the campus safety management of this primary school, and from the aspect of school, The problems in campus safety management are analyzed in the aspects of teachers' own safety quality and the communication and coordination between school and higher departments. The present situation of campus safety management and the result data of campus safety management in Yanji A primary school are analyzed by SPSS 24.0, and the data description and data test are made. This paper further enriches the research on the current situation of campus safety management and its influencing factors in theory, and tries to provide theoretical basis for campus safety management in similar schools. To optimize and improve the campus safety management of Yanji City in practice provides a reliable reference to promote the normal conduct of school education and teaching activities, to promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality, and to provide a safety and stability for teachers and students. The harmonious campus promotes the healthy development of the students, the quality education and the realization of the goal of education. In addition, it also provides reference and reference for the study of campus safety management in other similar schools. The conclusions are as follows: the establishment and implementation of safety system is not consistent; the supervision and management of safety personnel is not in place; the safety facilities are not in place in schools; the safety education activities pay more attention to theory than practice, and the effectiveness is not enough. There are differences in understanding of campus safety management among teachers in different positions and teaching years. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions are put forward: first, to change the concept of leading campus safety management and strengthen the implementation of the system; second, to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff; third, to strengthen the communication and coordination with the higher authorities; To ensure the smooth progress of campus safety management; fourth, scientific, reasonable arrangement of safety education activities.
