Z省H市文海小學(xué)素質(zhì)教育管理水平提升研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育改革的不斷深入推進(jìn),素質(zhì)教育的重要意義日益凸顯,素質(zhì)教育管理水平也倍受關(guān)注。小學(xué)教育是義務(wù)教育的重要階段。全面提升小學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì),切實(shí)提高小學(xué)素質(zhì)教育管理水平,既符合我國(guó)教育的基本目標(biāo),也是現(xiàn)代教育的核心要求。但是,現(xiàn)實(shí)中很多學(xué)校在素質(zhì)教育管理方面仍問(wèn)題頗多,Z省H市文海小學(xué)即是其中之一。本文依據(jù)教育理論和我國(guó)素質(zhì)管理的一系列規(guī)范,,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法、案例分析法等研究方法,對(duì)Z省H市文海小學(xué)素質(zhì)教育管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行個(gè)案研究。通過(guò)調(diào)查和深入分析,指出文海小學(xué)素質(zhì)教育管理方面存在以下問(wèn)題:素質(zhì)教育管理目標(biāo)與國(guó)家素質(zhì)教育目標(biāo)不一致;現(xiàn)行素質(zhì)教育管理手段、方式、方法落后;素質(zhì)教育管理評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制不合理。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,提出協(xié)調(diào)文海小學(xué)素質(zhì)教育管理目標(biāo)與國(guó)家素質(zhì)教育目標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系;構(gòu)建以素質(zhì)教育為主導(dǎo)的管理評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制;通過(guò)提升課堂靈活性與多樣性帶動(dòng)素質(zhì)教育;完善學(xué)校、家庭和社會(huì)相結(jié)合的教育模式;將目標(biāo)管理與人文精神相結(jié)合的策略與建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of basic education in China, the importance of quality education is becoming more and more important, and the management level of quality education has been paid more and more attention. Primary education is an important stage of compulsory education. It is not only the basic goal of education in our country, but also the core requirement of modern education to improve the comprehensive quality of primary school students and improve the management level of quality education in primary school. However, in reality, many schools still have many problems in the management of quality education. Based on the educational theory and a series of standards of quality management in China, this paper makes a case study on the present situation of quality education management in Wenhai Primary School in H City of Z province by using the methods of literature, investigation and case analysis. Through investigation and in-depth analysis, this paper points out the following problems in the management of quality education in Wenhai Primary School: the management goal of quality education is inconsistent with the goal of national quality education, the current quality education management means, methods and methods are backward; The evaluation mechanism of quality education management is unreasonable. Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts forward to coordinate the relationship between the management goal of quality education in Wenhai primary school and the goal of national quality education; to construct a management evaluation mechanism dominated by quality education; to promote quality education by enhancing classroom flexibility and diversity; To perfect the educational model of combining school, family and society, and the strategies and suggestions to combine the objective management with the humanistic spirit.
