【摘要】："府城新少年"行動(dòng)以培養(yǎng)"大氣、才氣、靈氣、銳氣"兼具的"府城新少年"為目標(biāo),依循"塔形思路"的宏觀架構(gòu),將行動(dòng)細(xì)化為一系列項(xiàng)目循序推進(jìn),以行動(dòng)基地建設(shè)、配套課程開(kāi)發(fā)為先,操作運(yùn)行在實(shí)踐過(guò)程中逐步優(yōu)化,評(píng)估改造適時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)跟進(jìn),從而有效形成內(nèi)外兼修、主輔協(xié)同、大小共進(jìn)等機(jī)制,促進(jìn)了"學(xué)生解放行動(dòng)"的展開(kāi)。
