臨汾市J小學(xué)少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)個(gè)案研究

【摘要】:在少先隊(duì)組織和事業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史背景下,由于新時(shí)期黨對(duì)文化建設(shè)的高度重視,團(tuán)中央、全國(guó)少工委對(duì)加強(qiáng)少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)的明確要求,加上少先隊(duì)自身發(fā)展的需要,黨團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)給予高度關(guān)注,一代又一代少年兒童在少先隊(duì)文化磁場(chǎng)的影響下受到感染和熏陶。在看到少先隊(duì)文化受到廣泛關(guān)注的同時(shí),也要客觀研究現(xiàn)階段少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀。本研究主要運(yùn)用個(gè)案研究法,輔以文獻(xiàn)法、文本分析法等科學(xué)的研究方法,遵循從理論到實(shí)踐、再到思考的邏輯順序,以少先隊(duì)文化及少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),主要圍繞什么是少先隊(duì)文化、如何生成少先隊(duì)文化、少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在哪些問(wèn)題及怎樣主動(dòng)建設(shè)少先隊(duì)文化等幾個(gè)主要問(wèn)題,對(duì)個(gè)案學(xué)校臨汾市J小學(xué)在“家校育人聯(lián)合體”平臺(tái)下打造出來(lái)的“家校攜手育人”的少先隊(duì)“創(chuàng)意”文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行從理論到實(shí)踐的全景描述。本文在做文獻(xiàn)綜述時(shí)重點(diǎn)截取文化的概念,為界定“少先隊(duì)文化”搭建橋梁;其次,鑒于少先隊(duì)的政治屬性及組織屬性,在少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)的過(guò)程中要著重處理好“少先隊(duì)文化的共性”及“少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)的個(gè)性”之間的關(guān)系,所以,在對(duì)少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行整體建構(gòu)之前,借鑒“文化建設(shè)”的分類,將少先隊(duì)文化打造成“三層六分”結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)合目標(biāo)學(xué)校少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)的個(gè)案透視,對(duì)少先隊(duì)文化形成的全過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究,探索少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)的策略,進(jìn)行少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)的路徑探尋,從而為其他中小學(xué)校的少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)提供可被借鑒的思路和可供操作的方法,為少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)提供新思路新視角。全文分為四部分:第一部分為緒論,第二部分以臨汾市J小學(xué)“家校攜手育人”少先隊(duì)“創(chuàng)意”文化建設(shè)為例,從內(nèi)核系統(tǒng)、中間系統(tǒng)及少先隊(duì)表層系統(tǒng)三層六分結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)個(gè)案學(xué)校的少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)整體過(guò)程進(jìn)行了全景描述;第三部分上升至較高層次,結(jié)合當(dāng)下少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,闡述了個(gè)案學(xué)校少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)帶給實(shí)踐的反思;第四部分基于實(shí)踐又高于實(shí)踐,站在理論層面簡(jiǎn)單構(gòu)建了少先隊(duì)文化建設(shè)的策略,為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)其他學(xué)校少先隊(duì)自覺(jué)有效地建設(shè)少先隊(duì)文化提供實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)與決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Under the historical background of the organization and career development of the Young Pioneers, due to the great importance attached by the Party to cultural construction in the new period, the clear requirements of the Central Committee of the League and the National Youth work Committee to strengthen the cultural construction of the Young Pioneers, as well as the needs of the Young Pioneers' own development, The Party team paid great attention to the cultural construction of the Young Pioneers, and the young children and children of generation after generation were infected and nurtured under the influence of the cultural magnetic field of the Young Pioneers. At the same time, it is necessary to objectively study the present situation of the construction of the Young Pioneers' culture. This research mainly uses the case study method, supplemented by the literature method, text analysis and other scientific research methods, following the logical sequence from theory to practice, then to thinking, based on the Young Pioneers Culture and the related theories of the Young Pioneers Culture Construction. It mainly revolves around what is the Young Pioneer Culture, how to generate the Young Pioneer Culture, what problems exist in the process of the Young Pioneer Culture Construction and how to take the initiative to build the Young Pioneer Culture. This paper gives a panoramic description of the "creative" cultural construction of the Young Pioneers "Home and School work together to educate people" created by the case school Linfen J Primary School under the platform of "Home and School Education Union" from theory to practice. This paper focuses on intercepting the concept of culture in the literature review to build a bridge to define the "Young Pioneer Culture". Secondly, in view of the political and organizational attributes of the Young Pioneers, In the process of the cultural construction of the Young Pioneers, the relationship between "the commonness of the Young Pioneers' Culture" and "the individuality of the Young Pioneers' Cultural Construction" should be handled well. Therefore, before the overall construction of the Young Pioneers' cultural construction, Referring to the classification of "cultural construction", this paper constructs the culture of the Young Pioneers into a structure of "three levels and six points", and studies the whole process of the formation of the Young Pioneers' culture, combining with the perspective of the individual cases of the construction of the Young Pioneers' culture in the target schools. To explore the strategy of the cultural construction of the Young Pioneers, to explore the path of the construction of the Culture of the Young Pioneers, so as to provide reference ideas and operational methods for the construction of the Young Pioneers in other primary and secondary schools. To provide a new way of thinking and new perspective for the cultural construction of the Young Pioneers.
