濟(jì)南市小學(xué)體育課程資源開(kāi)發(fā)與利用分析

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的不斷深入,三級(jí)課程管理體制的推行,賦予了地方與學(xué)校更多權(quán)利,這有利于地方與學(xué)校根據(jù)自身情況和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行課程資源開(kāi)發(fā)。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),我國(guó)教育領(lǐng)域一直把教材與學(xué)校設(shè)施作為課程資源的主要內(nèi)容。對(duì)課程資源的開(kāi)發(fā)也僅局限于教材修改、更新,使豐富的體育課程資源沒(méi)有被充分開(kāi)發(fā)和利用,造成課程資源結(jié)構(gòu)單一,影響了人力、物力、環(huán)境等資源的整體開(kāi)發(fā)利用。濟(jì)南市作為山東省會(huì),在新課程改革中具有代表性,對(duì)其體育課程資源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用現(xiàn)狀的研究有很重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)濟(jì)南市歷下區(qū)、歷城區(qū)、市中區(qū)、天橋區(qū)、槐蔭區(qū)的小學(xué)體育課程資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。分析了濟(jì)南市小學(xué)體育課程資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用中存在的主要問(wèn)題及相關(guān)原因。通過(guò)研究得出以下結(jié)論: 1、濟(jì)南市小學(xué)體育教師以中青年教師為主,本科學(xué)歷以上的占90%以上,但體育教師對(duì)體育課程資源開(kāi)發(fā)及利用的重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不足,缺乏對(duì)課程資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用的專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),在一定程度上制約了體育課程資源的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。 2、學(xué)校開(kāi)展課間操情況較好,學(xué)生能夠積極參與課外體育活動(dòng)。另外,87.86%的學(xué)校場(chǎng)地、器材設(shè)施能滿(mǎn)足體育教學(xué)需要,,但課余時(shí)間相關(guān)體育設(shè)施開(kāi)放力度卻不夠,造成了設(shè)施資源的浪費(fèi)。 3、體育教師缺乏對(duì)教材的深加工和創(chuàng)編,并且教師對(duì)學(xué)生體育需求的了解不夠深入,缺乏對(duì)學(xué)生資源開(kāi)發(fā)及利用的意識(shí),影響了學(xué)生參與課程的積極性。 4、濟(jì)南市小學(xué)在民間體育游戲項(xiàng)目引進(jìn)情況良好,但教師缺乏對(duì)此類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的創(chuàng)新意識(shí);同時(shí)新興運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā)種類(lèi)也有待于提高。 5、濟(jì)南市體育課程資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用的選擇范疇較廣,為資源開(kāi)發(fā)的多元化創(chuàng)造了良好的前提,但學(xué)校對(duì)自然地理環(huán)境的開(kāi)發(fā)利用還不是很充分。此外,教師對(duì)體育信息資源開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀良好,但利用率有待于提高。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the curriculum reform of basic education in China, the implementation of the three level curriculum management system has given the local and school more rights, which is conducive to the development of the curriculum resources by the local and the schools according to their own conditions and characteristics. For a long time, teaching materials and school facilities have been the main content of the curriculum resources in our educational field. The development of the curriculum resources is only limited to the revision of the textbook and the renewal, so that the rich sports curriculum resources have not been fully developed and utilized. The structure of the curriculum resources is single, which affects the overall development and utilization of resources such as human, material and environmental resources. As the capital of the Shandong Province, Ji'nan is representative in the new curriculum reform and its physical education curriculum funds. The research on the development and utilization of the source is of great practical significance.
Through the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates the current situation of the development and utilization of primary school physical education resources in the Ji'nan calendar, the almanac, the Middle District, the Tianqiao District and the Huaiyin District, and analyzes the main problems and related problems in the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the primary school education in Ji'nan. The following conclusions are drawn through the study.
1, the primary school physical education teachers in Ji'nan are mainly middle-aged and young teachers, and more than 90% of the undergraduate education above, but the importance of physical education teachers to the development and utilization of sports curriculum resources is insufficient, and the lack of professional learning for the development and utilization of curriculum resources has restricted the sustainable development of the curriculum resources of physical education.
2, the school exercises between classes better, students can actively participate in extracurricular sports activities. In addition, 87.86% of the school site, equipment and facilities can meet the needs of physical education, but the spare time related to sports facilities is not enough, resulting in the waste of facilities.
3, the physical education teachers lack the deep processing and creation of the teaching materials, and the teachers' understanding of the students' sports needs is not deep enough. The lack of awareness of the development and utilization of the students' resources has influenced the enthusiasm of the students to participate in the curriculum.
4, the introduction of Ji'nan primary schools in the folk sports games is good, but the teachers lack the awareness of the innovation of such projects; at the same time, the types of development of the new sports projects need to be improved.
5, Ji'nan sports curriculum resources development and utilization of the wide selection category, for the diversification of resources to create a good premise, but the development and utilization of the natural geographical environment of the school is not enough. In addition, teachers of sports information resources development is good, but the utilization rate needs to be improved.
