【摘要】：新中國(guó)成立以來,我國(guó)小學(xué)教師教育機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)歷了一系列的變化:機(jī)構(gòu)層級(jí)逐漸提升,出現(xiàn)新的三級(jí)層級(jí),組織形式愈發(fā)扁平化。這一機(jī)構(gòu)變遷推動(dòng)了小學(xué)教師培養(yǎng)朝高學(xué)歷化、專業(yè)化、綜合化的方向發(fā)展;也引發(fā)了對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)變遷速度、對(duì)中師歷史的態(tài)度以及對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)軌的認(rèn)知等思考。未來小學(xué)教師教育機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)尋求獨(dú)立化發(fā)展、實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)的獨(dú)立建制和學(xué)科的共同體建制,并積極正視中師發(fā)展的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, our primary school teacher education institutions have undergone a series of changes: the institutional level has been gradually upgraded, a new three-level has emerged, and the organizational form has become more flat. This institutional change has promoted the development of primary school teachers' training in the direction of higher education, specialization and integration, and has also led to thinking about the speed of institutional change, the attitude to the history of secondary normal schools and the cognition of institutional transition. In the future, primary school teacher education institutions should seek for independent development, realize professional independent organization and discipline community system, and actively face up to the historical experience of the development of secondary teachers.
