花球啦啦操引入小學(xué)體育教學(xué)的可行性及相關(guān)問題的研究

【摘要】:啦啦操在我國是一項(xiàng)新興的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,雖然起步較晚,但發(fā)展迅速,特別是受到了越來越多的年輕人的青睞。但目前就普及程度來看,并未完全進(jìn)入到學(xué)校,尤其是小學(xué)。本研究以蘇州市陽光城實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)為例,對(duì)啦啦操的引入進(jìn)行實(shí)踐研究,旨在幫助該類學(xué)校能引進(jìn)與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的新興項(xiàng)目,并在如何開展啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)等方面提供參考案例,從而豐富校園體育文化生活,形成學(xué)校的體育特色。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法,問卷調(diào)查法,數(shù)據(jù)分析法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、邏輯分析法,對(duì)蘇州市陽光城實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過一學(xué)期的教學(xué)實(shí)踐,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)花球啦啦操,為豐富學(xué)生體育課程內(nèi)容,增進(jìn)學(xué)生體質(zhì),提高學(xué)生參與運(yùn)動(dòng)的興趣做可行性分析,為我省小學(xué)開展花球啦啦操選項(xiàng)課提供參考。筆者自2014年3月至6月在蘇州市陽光城實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)進(jìn)行了一個(gè)學(xué)期的花球啦啦操引入實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,研究結(jié)論如下:1、花球啦啦操的健身特點(diǎn)和鍛煉價(jià)值符合小學(xué)生的心理和生理發(fā)展的需求。它不僅能全面提高身體素質(zhì)還能有效提高學(xué)生的心理健康水平。2、學(xué)生對(duì)花球啦啦操的強(qiáng)烈興趣,是引入花球啦啦操的堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),也為花球啦啦操的順利開展奠定了基石。3、在小學(xué)體育教學(xué)實(shí)踐的效果也體現(xiàn)了增設(shè)花球啦啦操是完全可行的,它不僅能起到對(duì)現(xiàn)行教材的補(bǔ)充和完善,更適合現(xiàn)代教學(xué)的特點(diǎn),有助于校園特色體育文化的構(gòu)建,與新課標(biāo)教學(xué)理念相適應(yīng),對(duì)創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的教學(xué)氛圍大有益處。4、將花球啦啦操引入小學(xué)體育教學(xué)中,必須要做到以校為本,全面育人,科學(xué)創(chuàng)新,安全實(shí)效,因校制宜,積極創(chuàng)編,長(zhǎng)效貫穿,統(tǒng)籌兼顧等原則。5、筆者從實(shí)際出發(fā),以“全國第一套啦啦操規(guī)定套路——1級(jí)舞蹈花球啦啦操”為參考,經(jīng)過不斷實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)整,創(chuàng)編了適合本校普通學(xué)生的花球啦啦操。經(jīng)過學(xué)生們兩個(gè)多月的努力練習(xí),最終獲得了姑蘇區(qū)第一屆校園特色自編操第一名的成績(jī),得到局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師、學(xué)生、以及家長(zhǎng)的好評(píng)。
[Abstract]:Cheerleading is a new sport in our country. Although it started late, it has developed rapidly, especially by more and more young people. But at present, the degree of popularity, not fully into schools, especially primary schools. This study takes the Sunshine City Experimental Primary School in Suzhou as an example to carry out a practical study on the introduction of cheerleading, in order to help this kind of schools introduce new projects that keep pace with the times, and provide reference cases on how to carry out cheerleading, etc. In order to enrich the campus sports cultural life, form the school sports characteristics. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, data analysis, experiment and logic analysis, this paper investigates the students of the Sunshine City Experimental Primary School in Suzhou. Through the teaching practice of one semester, the author instructs the students to learn the ball and the exercises. In order to enrich the content of physical education course, improve students' physique, improve the interest of students to participate in sports to do feasibility analysis, for our province's primary school to carry out the optional course of ball and gymnastics to provide a reference. From March to June 2014, the author conducted an experimental study on the introduction of ball cheerleading at the Sunshine City Experimental Primary School in Suzhou for one semester. The results of the study are as follows: 1. The fitness characteristics and exercise value of ball cheerleading meet the psychological and physical development needs of primary school students. It can not only improve the overall physical quality, but also effectively improve the students' mental health level .2. students' strong interest in ball cheerleading is a solid foundation for introducing flower ball cheerleading. It has also laid a foundation stone for the smooth development of ball cheerleading. The effect of physical education practice in primary schools also shows that it is completely feasible to add flower ball cheerleading. It can not only complement and perfect the current teaching materials, but also be more suitable for the characteristics of modern teaching. It is helpful for the construction of sports culture with campus characteristics, in accordance with the teaching idea of the new curriculum standard, for the establishment of a good teaching atmosphere, and for the introduction of flower balls and cheerleading into the physical education teaching of primary schools, in order to be school-based and to educate people in an all-round way. Scientific innovation, safety and effectiveness, due to the principles of school system, active creation, long-term effective penetration, overall planning, etc., the author proceeds from the actual situation and takes "the first set of rules for the national cheerleading routine-level 1 dance ball cheerleading" as a reference. After constant experimental adjustment, the creation of a suitable for the school's ordinary students to play the ball. After more than two months of hard work, the students finally won the first grade of Gusu District's first self-compiling exercise of campus characteristics, which was well received by the Bureau leaders, school leaders, teachers, students, as well as parents.
