【摘要】:正高位的內(nèi)驅(qū)力,是價值追求與信仰之魅;有信仰,教師才有靈魂,學校才能得到發(fā)展。山東省青州市益都街道車站小學是一所縣城老校,在校生1100人,在職教師48人,其中50歲以上12人,教師結(jié)構(gòu)趨于老齡化,校舍陳舊(唯一一棟教學樓建于1988年),校園空間狹窄,生源60%為外來務工人員子女。尤其是近幾年,學校周邊幾所新校的建成及快速發(fā)展,讓這所老校更加黯然失色,家住學校附近的孩子,家長也舍近求遠,想方設法選擇條件更好的學校就讀。學校社會聲
[Abstract]:The driving force of high position is the pursuit of value and the charm of faith; only with faith can teachers have souls and schools can be developed. Yidu Street Station Primary School in Qingzhou City, Shandong Province, is an old school in the county town with 1100 students and 48 in-service teachers, 12 of whom are over 50 years old. The structure of teachers tends to be aging. The school is old (the only teaching building was built in 1988, the campus space is narrow, 60% of the students are migrant workers' children.
