【摘要】：教育作為立國(guó)之根本,在二十一世紀(jì)的今天越來越被社會(huì)各界,各階層人士所重視。隨著國(guó)家改革,打開國(guó)門,以開放的姿態(tài)迎接世界。國(guó)力強(qiáng)盛,人民的生活富足。如何才能培養(yǎng)出真正杰出的人才成為了更多人思考的問題。人們開始認(rèn)識(shí)到原來人才選撥制度的各種弊病,因此推行素質(zhì)教育。在這樣的契機(jī)之下,承擔(dān)著美育功能的藝術(shù)課程得以擺脫以往被稱作“豆芽課”的尷尬狀況。在新課標(biāo)的實(shí)施下音樂被賦予了新的理念、新的目標(biāo)、新的形式、新的內(nèi)容。然后在城市小學(xué)音樂教育一片欣欣向榮的背后,農(nóng)村卻未能跟上時(shí)代的腳步,令人堪憂。本文通過對(duì)開江縣11所農(nóng)村小學(xué),2所縣級(jí)小學(xué),共13所小學(xué)的音樂教育設(shè)施設(shè)備現(xiàn)狀、課程資源、師資情況、教育理念、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過對(duì)所獲一手資料的分析研究,力求尋找該地區(qū)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)音樂教育改革和持續(xù)發(fā)展的可行之路,拋磚引玉,引起更多同行專家和學(xué)者的關(guān)注,推動(dòng)開江縣的農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)音樂教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程與創(chuàng)新,進(jìn)而讓農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)音樂教育得到全社會(huì)的關(guān)注,為其體系的建設(shè)與發(fā)展略盡綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:Education, as the foundation of the country, has been paid more and more attention by all walks of life and various strata in the 21 century. With the reform of our country, we should open our doors and greet the world with an open attitude. The country is strong and the people are rich in life. How to cultivate truly outstanding talents has become a problem for more people to think about. People began to recognize the original talent selection system, so the implementation of quality education. Under this opportunity, the art course with aesthetic education function can get rid of the awkward situation that was called bean sprouts class in the past. With the implementation of the new curriculum, music is endowed with new ideas, new goals, new forms, and new contents. Then, behind the flourishing music education in urban primary schools, the countryside failed to keep up with the times. This paper investigates the present situation of music education facilities, curriculum resources, teachers, educational concepts and students' learning in 11 rural primary schools in Kaijiang County and 2 county primary schools in total of 13 primary schools. Through the analysis and study of the first hand data, we try to find a feasible way for the reform and sustainable development of the rural basic music education in this area, so as to draw the attention of more experts and scholars. In order to promote the development and innovation of the rural basic music education in Kaijiang County, the rural basic music education will be paid attention to by the whole society, and the construction and development of the rural basic music education will be given a little contribution.
