【摘要】：體育器材不僅是體育課程順利實(shí)施的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),同樣是健身鍛煉和開展體育競技比賽所用的各類設(shè)施,因此體育器材與體育運(yùn)動是一種相輔相成的關(guān)系。為了促進(jìn)我國中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,近年來國家教育部門相繼頒布了《小學(xué)體育器材設(shè)施配備目錄》和《中學(xué)體育器材設(shè)施配置目錄》,為中小學(xué)體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了一定的便利和指導(dǎo)。但是長久以來,在各類因素的影響下,我國小學(xué)體育器材設(shè)施配備和體育場地的配備還存在著諸多問題,學(xué)校體育器材設(shè)施的配置情況參差不齊。本研究主要以南京市城區(qū)15所小學(xué)的體育器材設(shè)施配備情況作為研究對象,對體育器材設(shè)施的配備現(xiàn)狀與當(dāng)下存在的問題進(jìn)行分析。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,南京市城區(qū)部分小學(xué)的體育器材設(shè)施配備存在幾個(gè)問題,即大多數(shù)小學(xué)的體育器材設(shè)施配備未達(dá)到二類必配標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、學(xué)校對體育器材設(shè)施的管理不力、小學(xué)體育器材設(shè)施的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量不達(dá)標(biāo)、小學(xué)體育器材設(shè)施存在安全隱患、體育器材設(shè)施的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)不到位。要從根本上解決以上的問題,可以采取如下幾個(gè)措施:第一,各政府部門與學(xué)校重視學(xué)校體育器材設(shè)施的配備;第二,加強(qiáng)校園體育場地設(shè)施的建設(shè)力度,改善體育器材設(shè)施配備情況;第三,學(xué)校加強(qiáng)與完善現(xiàn)有體育器材設(shè)施的管理制度;第四,擴(kuò)展資金籌措途徑,增加體育器材配備資金投入;第五,正確認(rèn)識體育鍛煉的重要性,不斷完善體育器材配備;第六,嚴(yán)格依據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),合理配備體育器材設(shè)施。
[Abstract]:Sports equipment is not only the material basis for the smooth implementation of physical education curriculum, but also the various facilities used for fitness exercises and sports competitions. Therefore, sports equipment and sports are complementary to each other. In order to promote the sustainable development of physical education in primary and secondary schools in China, In recent years, the National Education Department has promulgated the catalogue of physical Education equipment for Primary Schools and the catalogue for the facilities of Sports equipment in Middle Schools, which has provided some convenience and guidance for the development of physical education in primary and secondary schools. However, for a long time, under the influence of various factors, there are still many problems in the allocation of sports equipment facilities and sports venues in primary schools in China, and the allocation of sports equipment facilities in schools is not uniform. This research mainly takes the sports equipment facilities of 15 primary schools in Nanjing city as the research object, and analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the sports equipment facilities. The results of the investigation show that there are several problems in sports equipment facilities in some primary schools in Nanjing, that is, the sports equipment facilities in most primary schools are not up to the second class required standard, and the schools do not manage sports equipment facilities well. The quantity and quality of primary school sports equipment facilities are not up to the standard, the primary school sports equipment facilities have hidden danger of safety, and the maintenance and maintenance of sports equipment facilities are not in place. To fundamentally solve the above problems, we can take the following measures: first, all government departments and schools attach importance to the provision of school sports equipment facilities; second, strengthen the construction of campus sports facilities. Improve the situation of sports equipment facilities; third, schools strengthen and improve the existing sports equipment facilities management system; fourth, expand the way to raise funds, increase the funding of sports equipment; fifth, Understand the importance of physical exercise, improve the equipment of sports equipment; sixth, strictly according to the national standards, reasonable facilities for sports equipment.
