小學高年級兒童識字相關認知技能與識字能力的關系

【摘要】:兒童是如何學習漢字的,學習漢字的核心技能是什么?確認影響識字的認知技能很重要。第一,如果能夠確定這些認知技能,那么就能通過測驗這些認知技能,評估兒童未來遭遇識字困難的可能性。第二,家長和教師就可以通過這些測驗來提前干預和矯治識字困難兒童。前人研究發(fā)現,多種識字相關認知技能與識字能力有關。目前,元語言意識和快速命名技能一直是國內外研究者關注的重點。本研究選取某小學的四、五、六年級338名學生,測量這些兒童的識字量和各項識字相關認知技能,探究這些兩者的關系,研究結論如下:(1)隨著年級的增加,小學高年級兒童的語素意識和快速命名技能顯著增長,而此階段兒童的語音意識和正字法意識已經發(fā)展較為成熟,發(fā)展速度較為緩慢。(2)小學高年級階段,各項認知技能成績均與漢字識別成績存在顯著的相關關系,說明元語言加工技能好,字符通達語音能力強的兒童,識字能力越強。(3)控制其他變量后,只有語素意識和快速命名技能對各年級兒童的識字量測驗成績有顯著的解釋作用,表明語素意識和快速命名技能對小學高年級兒童識字能力具有重要作用。(4)小學高年級階段,識字困難兒童普遍存在多種認知技能缺陷,其中語素意識和快速命名能力缺陷是主要的兩種缺陷。
[Abstract]:How do children learn Chinese characters and what are their core skills? It is important to recognize the cognitive skills that affect literacy. First, if these cognitive skills can be identified, they can be tested to assess the likelihood that children will experience literacy difficulties in the future. Second, parents and teachers can pass these tests to intervene in advance and correct children with literacy difficulties. Previous studies have found that multiple literacy related cognitive skills are related to literacy. At present, meta-language awareness and rapid naming skills have been the focus of researchers at home and abroad. In this study, 338 students in grade 4, 5 and 6 of a primary school were selected to measure the literacy and literacy related cognitive skills of these children, and to explore the relationship between them. The results are as follows: 1) with the increase of grade, The morpheme awareness and rapid naming skills of the children in the senior grade of primary school increased significantly, while the phonological awareness and orthographic awareness of the children in this stage developed more mature, and the speed of development was slow. 2) in the senior grade of primary school, the phonological awareness and orthographic awareness of the children had developed more mature. There was a significant correlation between the scores of cognitive skills and Chinese character recognition, which indicated that children with good metalanguage processing skills and strong character comprehension and phonetic ability had stronger literacy ability. (3) after controlling for other variables, Only morpheme awareness and rapid naming skills can explain the scores of literacy test of children of different grades, indicating that morpheme awareness and rapid naming skills play an important role in the literacy ability of children in the upper grade of primary school. There are many cognitive skills defects in children with literacy difficulties, among which morpheme awareness and rapid naming ability are the two main defects.
