鄂爾多斯市伊金霍洛旗小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:教師是提高教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,教師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)程度越高,教育質(zhì)量也就越高。小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師作為培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生英語(yǔ)素養(yǎng)的專職人員,其專業(yè)素養(yǎng)直接決定了小學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)素養(yǎng)。本文通過實(shí)地調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),伊金霍洛旗小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)較東部及發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)有著不少的差距,因此如何提高伊金霍洛旗小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)成為本文研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn),試圖找到推動(dòng)伊旗小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教育事業(yè)向前發(fā)展的鑰匙。本文基于現(xiàn)有研究成果,對(duì)教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)等關(guān)鍵概念進(jìn)行界定。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用調(diào)查問卷和個(gè)別訪談法相結(jié)合的方式,對(duì)伊旗的79名小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師發(fā)放了調(diào)查問卷,共收回問卷75份,其中有效問卷73份,有效問卷率為92.4%。問卷采取不記名的方式,同時(shí)要求教師如實(shí)填寫。此外,問卷答案本身并無對(duì)錯(cuò)之分,好壞之別,更不會(huì)作為教師考核的依據(jù),以盡可能地保證調(diào)查結(jié)果的真實(shí)性。同時(shí)針對(duì)問卷無法獲取的數(shù)據(jù),筆者還結(jié)合個(gè)別訪談的方式對(duì)伊旗部分小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)伊金霍洛旗小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師在知識(shí)素養(yǎng)、教學(xué)技能及教研能力素養(yǎng)、精神素養(yǎng)等方面存在不足,究其主要原因,一是小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師數(shù)量不足,導(dǎo)致教育教學(xué)任務(wù)重,工作量大,致使英語(yǔ)教師沒有時(shí)間和精力去學(xué)習(xí),提升自身專業(yè)素養(yǎng);二是培訓(xùn)缺乏針對(duì)性,培訓(xùn)效果不佳;三是教師自我提升意識(shí)薄弱,思想觀念有待轉(zhuǎn)變。因此,本文針對(duì)這些問題及成因提出了擴(kuò)大教師數(shù)量,加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè);加強(qiáng)小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師培訓(xùn),提高教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng);關(guān)注教師身心健康,堅(jiān)定教育理想與信念;培育學(xué)習(xí)共同體等措施,全面提升小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng),進(jìn)而為促進(jìn)伊金霍洛旗小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教育的發(fā)展提供思路。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the key to improve the quality of education. The higher the level of teachers' professional accomplishment, the higher the quality of education. Primary school English teachers, as full-time personnel to cultivate pupils' English literacy, their professional qualities directly determine the pupils' English literacy. This paper finds that there are many gaps in the English teachers' professional qualities between the eastern and developed areas. Therefore, how to improve the English teachers' professional quality becomes the starting point of this paper. This paper tries to find the key to the development of English education in Yiqi elementary school. Based on the existing research results, this paper defines the key concepts such as teacher professionalism. On the basis of this, 79 primary school English teachers in Yiqi were given out a questionnaire by the method of questionnaire and individual interview. A total of 75 questionnaires were collected, of which 73 were valid questionnaires, and the valid questionnaire rate was 92.443. The questionnaire is anonymous and teachers are required to fill it out truthfully. In addition, there is no difference between right and wrong in the answers to the questionnaire, and the difference between good and bad will not be used as the basis for teachers' assessment, so as to ensure the authenticity of the survey results as much as possible. At the same time, according to the data that can not be obtained from the questionnaire, the author also makes a survey on the English teachers' professional quality of some primary school English teachers in Yiqi with the method of individual interviews, and finds out that the English teachers in Yijingholuo primary school are knowledge literacy. The main reasons are that the number of English teachers in primary schools is insufficient, which leads to the heavy teaching tasks and heavy workload, resulting in the lack of time and energy for English teachers to learn. Improve their own professional quality; second, lack of pertinence of training, training effect is not good; third, teachers' awareness of self-promotion is weak, ideas and ideas need to be changed. Therefore, aiming at these problems and their causes, this paper proposes to expand the number of teachers, strengthen the construction of teachers' team, strengthen the training of primary school English teachers, improve teachers' professional accomplishment, pay close attention to teachers' physical and mental health, and strengthen their educational ideals and beliefs. To cultivate learning community and improve the professional quality of English teachers in primary schools, and then to provide ideas for the development of primary English education in Yijinhuoluo Banner.
