【摘要】：目的:探討職業(yè)認(rèn)同在心理授權(quán)和農(nóng)村小學(xué)校長組織承諾之間的中介作用。方法:采用心理授權(quán)問卷、職業(yè)認(rèn)同問卷和組織承諾問卷對251名農(nóng)村小學(xué)校長進(jìn)行測量。結(jié)果:(1)心理授權(quán)、職業(yè)認(rèn)同與農(nóng)村小學(xué)校長的組織承諾呈顯著正相關(guān);(2)心理授權(quán)、職業(yè)認(rèn)同顯著正向預(yù)測農(nóng)村小學(xué)校長的組織承諾;(3)職業(yè)認(rèn)同在心理授權(quán)和組織承諾中起完全中介作用。結(jié)論:心理授權(quán)完全通過職業(yè)認(rèn)同對農(nóng)村小學(xué)校長的組織承諾產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the intermediary role of occupational identity between psychological empowerment and organizational commitment of primary school principals in rural areas. Methods: 251 primary school principals in rural areas were measured by psychological empowerment questionnaire, occupational identity questionnaire and organizational commitment questionnaire. Results: (1) Psychological empowerment, occupational identity was positively correlated with the organizational commitment of rural primary school principals, and (2) psychological empowerment. Occupational identity significantly positively predicted the organizational commitment of the principal of rural primary school. (3) Occupational identity played a complete intermediary role in psychological empowerment and organizational commitment. Conclusion: psychological empowerment has an effect on the organizational commitment of rural primary school principals through professional identity.
