【摘要】：體育教學(xué)評價是體育教學(xué)系統(tǒng)中必不可少的重要組成部分之一,它不僅可以促進(jìn)體育教學(xué)目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)和體育教學(xué)的改革與發(fā)展,還可以健全體育教學(xué)的管理和決策。通過查閱文獻(xiàn)資料并經(jīng)過梳理發(fā)現(xiàn),在我國體育教學(xué)評價一直是整個體育教學(xué)活動中薄弱的環(huán)節(jié),雖然近年來在體育教學(xué)評價理論研究上取得了長足的發(fā)展,但仍存在諸多急需解決的問題,一方面是體育教學(xué)評價實踐方面存在的問題,比如體育教學(xué)評價方法使用的單一性、評價主體缺乏多元化、評價內(nèi)容的片面化,另一方面是諸多研究的研究對象多為高校,對小學(xué)體育教學(xué)評價實踐方面的研究少之又少。本文通過運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等方法,以山東省德州市德城區(qū)小學(xué)體育教學(xué)評價現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,通過走訪、電話和問卷的形式對德州市德城區(qū)十六所小學(xué)教師、有關(guān)體育理論專家、各學(xué)校的相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和訪問,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):1、德州市德城區(qū)小學(xué)體育教師是一支結(jié)構(gòu)分布較為合理的教師隊伍;2、德州市德城區(qū)小學(xué)體育教師對體育教學(xué)評價認(rèn)識不足;3、德州市德城區(qū)小學(xué)體育教學(xué)評價實施情況不佳;4、德州市德城區(qū)小學(xué)體育教學(xué)評價保障制度不健全。針對存在的問題提出改進(jìn)以下建議:1、加強德州市德城區(qū)小學(xué)體育教師對體育教學(xué)評價的認(rèn)識;2、以學(xué)生發(fā)展為核心,學(xué)校應(yīng)對體育教學(xué)評價模式主體多元化作出規(guī)定;3、轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)思想觀念,進(jìn)行全面的評價;4、規(guī)范體育教學(xué)評價方法的使用,強化科學(xué)評價意識;5、健全體育教學(xué)評價監(jiān)督機制。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of physical education teaching is one of the essential parts of the physical education teaching system. It can not only promote the realization of the goal of physical education and the reform and development of physical education teaching, but also perfect the management and decision-making of physical education teaching. By consulting the literature and combing, it is found that the evaluation of physical education teaching has been a weak link in the whole physical education activities in China, although in recent years, great progress has been made in the theoretical research of the evaluation of physical education teaching. However, there are still many problems that need to be solved. On the one hand, there are some problems in the practice of PE teaching evaluation, such as the singularity of the methods used in PE teaching evaluation, the lack of diversification of the main body of evaluation and the one-sided content of the evaluation. On the other hand, most of the research objects are colleges and universities, and there are few researches on the evaluation practice of physical education teaching in primary schools. By using the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper takes the present situation of physical education teaching evaluation in primary schools in Dezhou City, Shandong Province, as the research object. In the form of telephone and questionnaires, the teachers of 16 primary schools in Decheng City, Dezhou City, experts in sports theory, and relevant leaders of various schools were investigated and interviewed. The results show that the physical education teachers of Decheng primary school in Dezhou city are two teachers with reasonable structure distribution, the physical education teachers of the elementary school in Dezhou city have insufficient understanding of physical education teaching evaluation, and the physical education teaching of primary school in Decheng district of Dezhou city is not enough. The implementation of evaluation is not good and the system of physical education evaluation is not perfect. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1, strengthening the understanding of physical education teaching evaluation by physical education teachers in Decheng primary school in Dezhou City, with the student development as the core, The school should make a stipulation on the diversification of the main body of the evaluation mode of physical education teaching, change the traditional ideology, carry out comprehensive evaluation, standardize the use of the evaluation method of physical education teaching, strengthen the scientific evaluation consciousness, and perfect the supervision mechanism of the evaluation of physical education teaching.
