【摘要】：教材是教學(xué)活動(dòng)的重要憑借,是教學(xué)內(nèi)容最基本的載體,是達(dá)成教學(xué)目標(biāo)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。隨著我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的深入與發(fā)展,中小學(xué)教材的建設(shè)問(wèn)題得到了越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。社會(huì)各界把目光都投向了教材中的主體部分——“學(xué)生用書”,卻忽視了與課本相配套的教師教學(xué)用書。當(dāng)前教師教學(xué)用書的使用情況如何?特別是對(duì)于教學(xué)資源貧瘠的廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū),教師們?nèi)绾慰创褪褂媒處熃虒W(xué)用書?他們需要什么樣的教學(xué)用書?等等,這些都是基礎(chǔ)教育界值得思考與探索的問(wèn)題。為了深入了解教學(xué)用書的使用狀況,關(guān)注西部農(nóng)村教育,本研究試從小學(xué)語(yǔ)文學(xué)科方向出發(fā),以廣西農(nóng)村地區(qū)教師為觀察和調(diào)查對(duì)象進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,并對(duì)此進(jìn)行結(jié)果分析及研究,以期給農(nóng)村語(yǔ)文教師教育提供有關(guān)參考及啟示。本文主要分為三大板塊。第一板塊為引言部分,對(duì)本研究的問(wèn)題緣起、已有研究、研究?jī)r(jià)值、研究思路與方法四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行介紹,從宏觀層面系統(tǒng)了解本文的思路和脈絡(luò)。本文主要采取了文獻(xiàn)分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、內(nèi)容分析法等研究方法。第二部分是本研究的主體部分,即廣西農(nóng)村地區(qū)小學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師教學(xué)用書的使用狀況調(diào)查。調(diào)查涵蓋了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、案例研究和文本研究三個(gè)方面。為了真實(shí)了解廣西地區(qū)農(nóng)村小學(xué)教師教學(xué)用書使用狀況,本問(wèn)卷調(diào)查對(duì)廣西農(nóng)村地區(qū)320位小學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師展開(kāi)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。選取了具有代表性的農(nóng)村小學(xué)語(yǔ)文課堂案例進(jìn)行分析并對(duì)農(nóng)村教師訪談。最后,對(duì)最具代表性的人教版小學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師教學(xué)用書進(jìn)行文本分析,深度剖析,發(fā)掘問(wèn)題。根據(jù)以上調(diào)查結(jié)論,分析得到當(dāng)前教師教學(xué)用書的使用存在以下兩方面問(wèn)題,一方面是教師教學(xué)用書編寫不足,包括教師教學(xué)用書使用指導(dǎo)模糊、對(duì)教師用書的定位不準(zhǔn)確、教學(xué)理念亟待更新等編寫理念誤區(qū),同時(shí)還存在著結(jié)構(gòu)單一、內(nèi)容單薄、缺少教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、教師用書編寫不能很好照顧農(nóng)村教師等內(nèi)容上的不足。另一方面是使用者存在著城鄉(xiāng)差異大、教師素養(yǎng)短缺、功利化語(yǔ)文教學(xué)和默許教參代替學(xué)生思維等使用方面的問(wèn)題。第三部分,基于上文的研究,對(duì)當(dāng)前小學(xué)語(yǔ)文教師教學(xué)用書的開(kāi)發(fā)和使用提出兩方面的建議。作為開(kāi)發(fā)者,應(yīng)關(guān)注農(nóng)村小學(xué)教師需求、增加新教育發(fā)展理論介紹、增強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)指導(dǎo)、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)不斷更新;作為使用者,要樹立正確使用教師教學(xué)用書的理念、加強(qiáng)教師培訓(xùn)、學(xué)習(xí)教育信息化、科學(xué)安排語(yǔ)文基本功訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:Teaching material is an important basis for teaching activities, the most basic carrier of teaching content and the material basis for achieving teaching objectives. With the deepening and development of basic education curriculum reform in China, the construction of primary and secondary school textbooks has been paid more and more attention. All walks of life have turned their eyes to the main part of the textbook, "the student book", but neglected the teacher's teaching book which matched with the textbook. What is the current use of teachers' teaching books? Especially for the vast rural areas where teaching resources are poor, how do teachers treat and use teachers' teaching books? What kind of teaching books do they need? And so on, these are the basic education circles worth pondering and exploring the question. In order to deeply understand the use of teaching books and pay attention to the rural education in western China, this study takes teachers in rural areas of Guangxi as the objects of observation and investigation, starting from the direction of Chinese subjects in primary schools. And carries on the result analysis and the research to hope to provide the relevant reference and the enlightenment to the rural Chinese teacher education. This paper is divided into three major plates. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the origin of the problem, research value, research ideas and methods, and systematically understand the ideas and context of this paper from the macro level. This paper mainly adopts literature analysis, questionnaire, interview, content analysis and other research methods. The second part is the main part of this study, that is, the use of primary school Chinese teachers in rural areas of Guangxi. The investigation covers three aspects: questionnaire, case study and text study. In order to understand the use of teaching books for rural primary school teachers in Guangxi, the questionnaire survey was conducted among 320 primary school Chinese teachers in rural areas of Guangxi. A representative case of Chinese classroom in rural primary schools is selected to analyze and interview rural teachers. Finally, the text analysis, deep analysis and exploration of the most representative teaching books for primary school Chinese teachers are carried out. According to the above investigation conclusions, we can find that there are two problems in the use of teachers' teaching books. On the one hand, they are insufficient in the writing of teaching books, including vague guidance for the use of teaching books, and inaccurate positioning of teachers' books. The teaching idea needs to be updated and so on. At the same time, there are still some problems in the content, such as single structure, weak content, lack of teaching design, and the lack of good care for rural teachers in the writing of teachers' books. On the other hand, there are some problems such as great difference between urban and rural areas, shortage of teachers' literacy, utilitarian Chinese teaching and tacit approval of teaching reference instead of students' thinking. The third part, based on the research above, puts forward two suggestions on the development and use of teaching books for primary school Chinese teachers. As a developer, we should pay attention to the needs of rural primary school teachers, increase the introduction of new educational development theories, strengthen students' study guidance and keep up with the times, as users, we should set up the idea of correctly using teachers' teaching books. Strengthen teacher training, study education information, scientific arrangement of Chinese basic skills training.
