【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,中國(guó)愈來(lái)愈走向國(guó)際社會(huì)。如何更好的體現(xiàn)中國(guó)人的素質(zhì),從復(fù)旦投毒案中我們得到反思,德育管理必須從根本抓,從小抓起!我們都知道德育管理是制約德育成效的關(guān)鍵因素,因此開展淶源縣實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)德育管理現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查對(duì)提升該校的德育成效意義重大。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,我們看到淶源實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)德育管理工作雖然取得了一定的成效,如建立了各項(xiàng)制度,有著德育目標(biāo)、計(jì)劃、組織、內(nèi)容等,還有一支素質(zhì)較高的德育隊(duì)伍,積極開展德育活動(dòng)和進(jìn)行德育的評(píng)價(jià)等,但同時(shí)也存在不少問(wèn)題,如德育目標(biāo)的定位不到位,德育計(jì)劃的管理不完善,德育組織的管理落實(shí)不好,德育過(guò)程的管理流于形式,德育的內(nèi)容不結(jié)合實(shí)際,德育的方法陳舊,德育科研的缺失等等。導(dǎo)致德育管理問(wèn)題的原因是多方面的,既有內(nèi)在的原因,又有外在的原因,內(nèi)在的原因主要是管理者自身的原因,外在的原因包括社會(huì)和家庭的原因。這就要求我們?cè)诘掠芾碇修D(zhuǎn)變管理的理念,尋找積極的策略,包括重新定位德育的地位,明確德育內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新德育方法,加強(qiáng)德育隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)和管理,加強(qiáng)德育過(guò)程的管理和加強(qiáng)德育評(píng)價(jià)管理等等�？傊�,只有把德育管理落到實(shí)處,把德育管理作為重中之重,才能提高小學(xué)德育管理的實(shí)效。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, China is becoming more and more international. How to better reflect the quality of the Chinese, from the Fudan poisoning case we get a reflection, moral management must be fundamentally grasp, from small grasp! We all know that the management of moral education is the key factor to restrict the effectiveness of moral education, so it is of great significance to carry out an investigation on the current situation of moral education management in Laiyuan County Experimental Primary School to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in this school. Through the questionnaire survey, we can see that although the moral education management of Laiyuan Experimental Primary School has achieved certain results, such as the establishment of various systems, moral education goals, plans, organization, content, and so on, there is also a high quality moral education team. But there are also many problems, such as the orientation of the moral education target is not in place, the management of the moral education plan is not perfect, the management of the moral education organization is not well carried out, and the management of the moral education process is a mere formality. The content of moral education is not combined with reality, the method of moral education is old, the scientific research of moral education is missing and so on. There are many reasons leading to the problems of moral education management, both internal and external, the internal reasons are mainly the managers themselves, the external causes include the social and family reasons. This requires us to change the concept of management in the management of moral education, to find positive strategies, including repositioning the status of moral education, clarifying the content of moral education and innovating the methods of moral education, and strengthening the construction and management of moral education team. Strengthen the management of moral education process and strengthen the management of moral evaluation and so on. In a word, only by putting moral education management into practice and taking moral education management as the top priority can we improve the effectiveness of moral education management in primary schools.
