小學(xué)生游泳學(xué)習(xí)中進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)方法應(yīng)用的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)是根據(jù)某種能力提高幅度大小來(lái)評(píng)定成績(jī)的方法,亦稱動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)。作為應(yīng)用性和實(shí)踐性較強(qiáng)的進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)方法,它突出學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異,反映出學(xué)生的努力程度和進(jìn)步幅度;淡化評(píng)價(jià)的甄別與選拔功能,充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生游泳學(xué)習(xí)的積極性;促進(jìn)了體育教師教學(xué)水平的提高。本文以進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)方法與小學(xué)生游泳學(xué)習(xí)有機(jī)結(jié)合為研究對(duì)象,論證進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)方法在小學(xué)生游泳學(xué)習(xí)中的優(yōu)越性,為小學(xué)生游泳教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)提供理論參考和實(shí)證依據(jù)。 本文以文獻(xiàn)法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法作為主要研究方法,從臨汾市錦悅城游泳館暑期游泳培訓(xùn)班選取2個(gè)班共32人為研究對(duì)象。分別運(yùn)用進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)方法與總結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行蛙泳教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)班與對(duì)照班學(xué)生的比較分析,探析進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)方法在小學(xué)生身體形態(tài)與身體素質(zhì)、蛙泳技能與速游成績(jī)、游泳學(xué)習(xí)興趣、自信心與自尊、怕水恐懼心理等指標(biāo)上所產(chǎn)生的作用。得出以下結(jié)論: 第一,在小學(xué)生游泳教學(xué)中采用進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)方法,可以激勵(lì)游泳學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)的學(xué)生進(jìn)一步提高蛙泳成績(jī);鞭策游泳學(xué)習(xí)能力中等的學(xué)生爭(zhēng)取更好蛙泳成績(jī);鼓勵(lì)游泳學(xué)習(xí)能力薄弱的學(xué)生建立游泳學(xué)習(xí)興趣與自尊自信心。 第二,通過(guò)游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)可以有效的增強(qiáng)小學(xué)生的肺活量,但采用進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)方法要比采用總結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)學(xué)生肺活量程度的提高更具有顯著性效果。 第三,在小學(xué)生游泳學(xué)習(xí)中運(yùn)用進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)方法,可以有效的減少學(xué)生怕水的恐懼心理,提高學(xué)生的游泳學(xué)習(xí)興趣,,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)游泳的自信心和自尊心。 第四,在小學(xué)生的蛙泳動(dòng)作練習(xí)過(guò)程中運(yùn)用進(jìn)步度評(píng)價(jià)方法,能有效的提高學(xué)生的蛙泳技能成績(jī)和蛙泳速游成績(jī)。
[Abstract]:Progress evaluation is a method of evaluating achievement according to the degree of improvement of ability, which is also called dynamic evaluation. As an applied and practical evaluation method of the degree of progress, it highlights the individual differences of students, reflects the degree of effort and extent of progress of students, weakens the function of screening and selection of evaluation, and fully arouses the enthusiasm of students in swimming learning. It promotes the improvement of the teaching level of PE teachers. Based on the combination of progressive evaluation method and primary school students' swimming learning, this paper demonstrates the superiority of progressive degree evaluation method in primary school students' swimming learning, and provides theoretical reference and empirical basis for primary school students' swimming teaching evaluation. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics, 32 students from two classes in summer swimming training course of Jinyuecheng Swimming Hall in Linfen City were selected as the research objects. Through the comparative analysis of the students in the experimental class and the control class, the evaluation method of the degree of progress in the body shape and physical quality of the primary school students was analyzed by using the evaluation method of the degree of progress and the method of summation evaluation, respectively, in the breaststroke teaching experiment. The function of breaststroke skill and speed swimming achievement, swimming study interest, self-confidence and self-esteem, fear of water and so on. Draw the following conclusions: First, using the method of evaluation of the degree of progress in the swimming teaching of primary school students can encourage the students with strong learning ability to further improve the results of breaststroke, encourage the students with medium learning ability of swimming to strive for better results in breaststroke; Encourage students with weak swimming ability to build up their swimming interest and self-confidence. Second, swimming can effectively enhance the vital capacity of primary school students, but the progress evaluation method is better than the summation evaluation method, which has more significant effect on the improvement of students' vital capacity. Thirdly, applying the method of progress evaluation in the swimming learning of primary school students can effectively reduce the fear of water, improve students' interest in swimming learning, and enhance the self-confidence and self-esteem of students in swimming learning. Fourthly, using the method of evaluating the degree of progress in the process of breaststroke exercise of pupils can effectively improve the students' achievements in breaststroke and breaststroke speed swimming.
