足球游戲練習(xí)法對(duì)9-12歲兒童團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著近些年來(lái)校園足球在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)的快速推廣與開(kāi)展,足球運(yùn)動(dòng)能給與青少年帶來(lái)的影響愈來(lái)愈受到教育者們的重視,越來(lái)越多的教育專(zhuān)家提到,校園足球目的在于培養(yǎng)更為社會(huì)所需要的人,所以通過(guò)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)我們應(yīng)該如何培養(yǎng)青少年的品格,成為我們足球教育者應(yīng)該去思考和解決的問(wèn)題。團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)是在當(dāng)今快速發(fā)展的社會(huì)中被廣泛需要的一種品質(zhì),通過(guò)足球游戲的形式去有意的鍛煉的孩子這種意識(shí),從小養(yǎng)成團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)和與人合作的習(xí)慣,隊(duì)員校園足球的開(kāi)展具有很好的推廣意義。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、訪談法,以北京鴻恩足球俱樂(lè)部的120名隊(duì)員為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,并將學(xué)生平均的分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組。在實(shí)驗(yàn)開(kāi)始進(jìn)行前對(duì)所有隊(duì)員的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的形式進(jìn)行測(cè)試,得出實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組的成員在團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)方面并無(wú)顯著差別,在三個(gè)月的時(shí)間內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)組的訓(xùn)練以足球游戲?yàn)橹?對(duì)照組的訓(xùn)練則以傳統(tǒng)的技術(shù)訓(xùn)練為主,觀察實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組隊(duì)員與對(duì)照組隊(duì)員團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)的變化。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后通過(guò)學(xué)生與家長(zhǎng)的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析以及對(duì)個(gè)別學(xué)生與家長(zhǎng)的訪談得出結(jié)論,相比對(duì)照組,通過(guò)足球游戲訓(xùn)練法,9-10年齡階段與11-12年齡階段實(shí)驗(yàn)組的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)均有了顯著增長(zhǎng);而9-10年齡階段的對(duì)照組在3個(gè)月的傳統(tǒng)足球訓(xùn)練模式下,團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)也有了一定增長(zhǎng),但較為緩慢;11-12年齡階段的對(duì)照組在3個(gè)月的傳統(tǒng)足球訓(xùn)練模式下,團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)有所下降;通過(guò)足球游戲訓(xùn)練法,11-12年齡段的實(shí)驗(yàn)組在實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后相比9-10年齡段的實(shí)驗(yàn)組在團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)方面增長(zhǎng)幅度更大。
[Abstract]:With the rapid promotion and development of campus football throughout the country in recent years, more and more educators have attached importance to the influence that football can bring to young people, and more and more education experts have mentioned that, The goal of campus football is to train the people that the society needs, so how should we cultivate the character of the youth through the football sport, become the problem that our football educator should think about and solve. The sense of teamwork is a quality that is widely needed in today's rapidly developing society. Children who deliberately exercise through the form of football games develop a sense of teamwork and the habit of working with others from an early age. The development of football on campus is of great significance. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, mathematical statistics and interview, 120 members of Beijing Hongen Football Club were taken as experimental objects, and the students were divided into experimental group and control group on average. Before the beginning of the experiment, the team cooperation consciousness of all the team members was tested by questionnaire, and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the members of the experimental group and the control group in the sense of team cooperation. In three months, the training of the experimental group was mainly football game, while the training of the control group was mainly the traditional technical training. The changes of the team cooperation consciousness between the experimental group and the control group were observed after the experiment. At the end of the experiment, through the questionnaire statistics and analysis of students and parents and interviews with individual students and parents, the conclusion is drawn, compared with the control group, The team cooperation consciousness of the experimental group in the 9-10 age stage and 11-12 age group increased significantly through the soccer game training method, while the control group in the 9-10 age group also increased their team cooperation consciousness in the traditional football training mode of 3 months. However, in the control group in the 11-12 age group, the sense of teamwork decreased under the traditional football training mode for 3 months. After the experiment, the experimental group of 11-12 years old increased more in the sense of team cooperation than the 9-10 age group after the end of the experiment.
