【摘要】：減少校園欺凌行為、提升學(xué)生的學(xué)校歸屬感,是杜絕校園欺凌事件的主要著力點(diǎn)。通過對新教育實驗學(xué)校與非新教育實驗學(xué)校進(jìn)行配對抽樣,采用問卷調(diào)查的方法分析并比較校園欺凌、學(xué)校歸屬感的現(xiàn)狀以及相關(guān)效應(yīng),研究發(fā)現(xiàn),參與調(diào)查的學(xué)生遭受校園欺凌的頻次較低,其學(xué)校歸屬感整體較強(qiáng)。校園欺凌與學(xué)校歸屬感存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān),兩者對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)有顯著的影響。新教育實驗所創(chuàng)設(shè)的理想校園令學(xué)生更少地遭受校園欺凌,增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的學(xué)校歸屬感,對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)的積極影響顯著且穩(wěn)定。確立與新教育實驗精神相通的學(xué)校宗旨,借鑒新教育實驗思想和實踐,對學(xué)生的校園學(xué)習(xí)與生活有積極的影響。
[Abstract]:Reducing bullying behavior and promoting students' sense of belonging are the main focus to prevent bullying on campus. Through the paired sampling between the new educational experimental school and the non-new educational experimental school, this paper analyzes and compares the status quo and related effects of campus bullying, school sense of belonging and related effects by means of questionnaire survey. Students who participated in the study suffered from bullying on campus less frequently and had a strong sense of belonging to the school as a whole. There is a significant negative correlation between campus bullying and school sense of belonging, which has a significant impact on students' learning performance. The ideal campus created by the new educational experiment makes students suffer less bullying on campus, strengthens students' sense of belonging in school, and has a significant and stable effect on students' learning performance. The establishment of the school tenet, which is linked with the spirit of the new educational experiment, and the reference of the new educational experiment thought and practice have a positive influence on the students' study and life on campus.
