【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期晉綏根據(jù)地為了充分發(fā)動(dòng)群眾實(shí)施全民抗戰(zhàn),大力興辦初等教育,不僅制定了較為完備的政策及制度,而且通過各種渠道籌集辦學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi),同時(shí)嚴(yán)格經(jīng)費(fèi)使用管理制度,堅(jiān)持"好鋼用在刀刃上"的原則,力求使有限的經(jīng)費(fèi)發(fā)揮最大的教育效益,因而取得了良好的辦學(xué)效果,有力地支援了抗日戰(zhàn)爭。
[Abstract]:During the Anti-Japanese War, in order to fully mobilize the masses to carry out the War of Resistance against Japan among the whole people and vigorously set up primary education, the base areas not only formulated relatively complete policies and systems, but also raised funds for running schools through various channels, and at the same time strictly regulated the use of funds.Adhere to the principle of "good steel used on the blade", and strive to maximize the educational efficiency of the limited funds, thus obtaining good results in running schools and supporting the War of Resistance against Japan.
