小學(xué)課堂管理有效性的研究

【摘要】:教師、學(xué)生以及教學(xué)周圍的內(nèi)外環(huán)境共同構(gòu)成了課堂。課堂、教學(xué)和管理三者之間是息息相關(guān)的,F(xiàn)代教育中,課堂成為了學(xué)生們獲取知識的主要途徑,學(xué)生在課堂中所度過的時(shí)間占據(jù)了其在校的大部分時(shí)間,課堂管理是教育教學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)和保障,課堂管理的有效與否也直接會(huì)影響到課堂教學(xué)的有效性,課堂管理的優(yōu)劣直接影響到每位學(xué)生的個(gè)體發(fā)展速度和水平,課堂管理有效性已經(jīng)成為家長、學(xué)校和社會(huì)共同關(guān)注的問題,所以課堂管理要符合小學(xué)生的年齡特征,真正的適合小學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展。正確管理課堂的方式及管理策略為有效的課堂管理提供了理論依據(jù)。有效管理課堂的方法和技巧需要每一位教師在實(shí)踐中進(jìn)行不斷探索。首先,筆者概述所研究專題小學(xué)課堂管理有效性的含義及相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ);其次,筆者運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、課堂觀察法、問卷調(diào)查法等形式,以人本主義理念為基礎(chǔ),以課堂的管理有效性是否體現(xiàn)為研究方向,了解錦州市松山新區(qū)某小學(xué)課堂管理的現(xiàn)狀,并對存在的諸如師生間溝通不暢、教師對課堂的問題行為管理不當(dāng)、教師教學(xué)形式單一、教師對課堂管理不夠重視等問題進(jìn)行深入分析,分析影響管理課堂的根本因素。并根據(jù)相關(guān)的分析,提出能夠從根本上改變小學(xué)課堂管理現(xiàn)狀的方法及策略,在教師方面、學(xué)生方面、課堂周圍環(huán)境這三個(gè)方面提出小學(xué)課堂管理有效性的實(shí)施策略,以應(yīng)對課堂管理實(shí)施過程中真正存在的問題,從而促進(jìn)小學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展進(jìn)而形成真正有效的課堂管理。
[Abstract]:Teachers, students, and the teaching surrounding the internal and external environment together constitute the classroom.Classroom, teaching and management are closely related.In modern education, classroom has become the main way for students to acquire knowledge. The time spent by students in class occupies most of their time in school. Classroom management is the foundation and guarantee of education and teaching.The effectiveness of classroom management also directly affects the effectiveness of classroom teaching. The merits and demerits of classroom management directly affect the individual development speed and level of each student. The effectiveness of classroom management has become a parent.Therefore, classroom management should accord with the age characteristics of pupils and be suitable for the physical and mental development of pupils.The correct management methods and strategies provide a theoretical basis for effective classroom management.Effective classroom management methods and techniques require every teacher to explore in practice.First of all, the author summarizes the meaning and relevant theoretical basis of the effectiveness of classroom management in primary schools. Secondly, the author uses literature method, classroom observation method, questionnaire survey and other forms, based on the humanistic concept.Based on whether the effectiveness of classroom management is reflected in the direction of research, the present situation of classroom management in a primary school in Songshan New District of Jinzhou City is understood, and the existing problems such as poor communication between teachers and students and improper management of teachers' problem behavior in the classroom are discussed.This paper analyzes the problems of single teaching form and insufficient attention to classroom management, and analyzes the basic factors that affect the management of classroom.According to the relevant analysis, this paper puts forward the methods and strategies that can fundamentally change the present situation of primary school classroom management, and puts forward the effective implementation strategies of primary school classroom management in the aspects of teachers, students and classroom surroundings.In order to deal with the real problems in the implementation of classroom management, so as to promote the overall development of primary school students and form a real effective classroom management.
