【摘要】：對我國普通小學(xué)來說,人員性投入在各項投入中是占比例最大也是最重要的投入。本文通過構(gòu)建模型,對其在地區(qū)間的配置及其跨時變化情況進行了實證研究。結(jié)果表明,2005年至2011年我國城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)間小學(xué)人員性投入的價格差異顯著,人員性投入價格逐年上升,人員性投入價格差異的相對結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了改變,城鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)間小學(xué)人員性投入的不平等程度總體有增強的態(tài)勢,因此政府應(yīng)加強對教育公平政策的落實,并對地區(qū)間小學(xué)人員性投入價格指數(shù)進行常規(guī)測算,以達成我國地區(qū)間小學(xué)人員性投入公平的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:For the ordinary primary schools in China, the personnel input is the largest and most important input in each input. This paper makes an empirical study on the distribution among regions and its intertemporal changes. The results show that the price difference of primary school personnel input between urban areas from 2005 to 2011 is significant, and the price of personnel input increases year by year. The relative structure of the difference in the price of personnel input has been changed, and the inequality of primary school personnel's sexual input between urban and rural areas has generally increased. Therefore, the government should strengthen the implementation of educational equity policy. In order to achieve the goal of fair sex input of primary school personnel in China, the price index of primary school personnel in different regions is calculated routinely.
