【摘要】：“促進(jìn)國(guó)際閱讀素養(yǎng)研究”是由國(guó)際教育成就調(diào)查委員會(huì)所主持的計(jì)劃,目的在于研究世界各國(guó)及地區(qū)小學(xué)9歲兒童(相當(dāng)于小學(xué)四年級(jí)年級(jí))的閱讀能力。本研究在PIRLS研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用閱讀差異分析和放聲思考法在小學(xué)四年級(jí)尋找兩名男生和兩名女生試測(cè)閱讀測(cè)驗(yàn),同時(shí)請(qǐng)他們的家長(zhǎng)、教師及校長(zhǎng)預(yù)完成相對(duì)應(yīng)的家庭問卷、教師及學(xué)校問卷,用訪談法和觀察法,進(jìn)一步交流,完成預(yù)測(cè)試,對(duì)閱讀測(cè)驗(yàn)和環(huán)境問卷完成本土化修改。然后在贛州市選取兩所城市小學(xué)和兩所農(nóng)村小學(xué),每個(gè)學(xué)校隨機(jī)選擇兩個(gè)班級(jí)小學(xué)四年級(jí)的學(xué)生,進(jìn)行PIRLS項(xiàng)目測(cè)量,評(píng)量贛州地區(qū)小學(xué)四年級(jí)學(xué)生閱讀素養(yǎng),研究影響閱讀素養(yǎng)的個(gè)人閱讀態(tài)度與行為、家庭閱讀環(huán)境、學(xué)校(教學(xué))閱讀環(huán)境三方面因素,對(duì)高分組和低分組進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步分析,探索評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果對(duì)于家長(zhǎng)、學(xué)校和教師、教育決策者的指導(dǎo)意義參考價(jià)值。一是給家長(zhǎng)的建議,做好閱讀榜樣,豐富家庭教育資源,增加親子閱讀時(shí)間,給孩子充裕的時(shí)間。二是給學(xué)校建議,將專業(yè)自主權(quán)還給教師,加強(qiáng)詮釋歷程的教學(xué),增加學(xué)生自主閱讀技能和時(shí)間。三是給教師建議,提升教師專業(yè)技能,閱讀從教師做起,減少“無效”閱讀作業(yè)。四是是給政府部門的建議,制定政策方案,結(jié)合社會(huì)力量,積極推動(dòng)全民閱讀運(yùn)動(dòng),給予學(xué)生大量的閱讀書籍與選擇權(quán),提供學(xué)生解決問題的多元管道。
[Abstract]:The study on promoting International Reading Literacy is a project sponsored by the International Commission of Inquiry on Educational Achievement. The aim of this study was to study the reading ability of children aged 9 years in primary schools (equivalent to grade 4) in various countries and regions of the world. This study is based on the PIRLS study. Two male and two female students were selected to test the reading test in the fourth grade of primary school by reading difference analysis and sound thinking, and their parents, teachers and principals were asked to complete the corresponding family questionnaire, teacher and school questionnaire in advance. With the method of interview and observation, we can communicate further, complete the forecast test, complete the localization revision of the reading test and the environmental questionnaire. Then we select two urban primary schools and two rural primary schools in Ganzhou City, and then we select two urban primary schools and two rural primary schools in Ganzhou City. Each school randomly selected four grade students in two classes to measure the reading literacy of the fourth grade students in Ganzhou area, and to study the personal reading attitude and behavior, and the family reading environment. In order to explore the guiding value of the evaluation results for parents, schools and teachers, and educational decision makers, the author makes further analysis of the three factors of reading environment in school (teaching), including the high score group and the low group. The first is the suggestion to the parents. Set a good example of reading, enrich family education resources, increase time for parents and children to read, and give children plenty of time. Second, give advice to schools, return professional autonomy to teachers, and strengthen the teaching of interpreting the course. Third, to give teachers advice, to upgrade teachers' professional skills, to start reading from teachers, and to reduce "ineffective" reading assignments. Fourth, to give advice to government departments, formulate policies and programs, and integrate social forces. To actively promote the national reading campaign, to give students a large number of books and options, to provide students with multiple channels to solve problems.
