【摘要】：校本化課程是指學(xué)校層面進(jìn)行的課程的校本化,它是指由國(guó)家課程、地方課程和學(xué)校校本課程整合優(yōu)化而形成的符合學(xué)生和學(xué)校特點(diǎn)與需要的課程。校本化課程體系主要包括課程目標(biāo)、課程內(nèi)容、課程實(shí)施、課程評(píng)價(jià)四方面。北京師范大學(xué)株洲附屬學(xué)校(簡(jiǎn)稱A校)的成長(zhǎng)課程體系于2009年正式形成,以智情意美為課程的核心素養(yǎng),以全人發(fā)展為辦學(xué)主張,以追求幸福成長(zhǎng)為宗旨。其開發(fā)與形成經(jīng)歷了分散并行、模塊集群和融通一體化三個(gè)階段,并取得了顯著的成效,為其它學(xué)校校本化課程體系的開發(fā)提供了借鑒。但在課程體系開發(fā)的過(guò)程中也存在課程有待整合優(yōu)化、多元化評(píng)價(jià)需深化、教師隊(duì)伍需加強(qiáng)建設(shè)與穩(wěn)定、課程開發(fā)保障機(jī)制需加強(qiáng)完善等問(wèn)題。對(duì)此,文章從樹立以學(xué)生為本的理念、健全課程開發(fā)機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)課程頂層設(shè)計(jì)、推進(jìn)教學(xué)方法改革、改進(jìn)多元化評(píng)價(jià)方式等方面提出了進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化校本化課程體系開發(fā)的建議。
[Abstract]:School-based curriculum refers to the school level of the school-based curriculum, it refers to the national curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum integration and the formation of the students and the school in accordance with the characteristics and needs of the course. The school-based curriculum system mainly includes curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation four. Beijing Normal University Zhuzhou the Affiliated School (A school) growth course system in 2009 was officially formed, with wisdom, affection beauty as the core literacy curriculum, with all-round development as its advocates, to the pursuit of happiness for the purpose. The growth and development has experienced the formation of dispersed parallel cluster module and facility integration of the three stages, and has achieved remarkable results, which provides the reference for the development of school-based curriculum system of other schools in the process of curriculum development but also exist in the course to be integrated and optimized, diversified evaluation needs deepening, teach Teachers need to strengthen the construction of curriculum development and stability, safeguard mechanism should be strengthened to improve the problem. This article from the construction of student centered concept, improve the mechanism of curriculum development, curriculum to strengthen top-level design, promote the reform of teaching methods, put forward the development of school-based curriculum system for the improvement of multiple evaluation methods.
