拉丁舞訓(xùn)練對(duì)小學(xué)生下肢肌力的影響

【摘要】:研究目的:拉丁舞因其內(nèi)容形式豐富的舞蹈種類(lèi)以及其獨(dú)特的健身價(jià)值進(jìn)入小學(xué)校園以來(lái),受到越來(lái)越多小學(xué)生的喜愛(ài)。小學(xué)生正處于身體素質(zhì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,體育運(yùn)動(dòng)是促進(jìn)身體發(fā)育和增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)的最有利因素。拉丁舞中下肢肌肉力量訓(xùn)練在日常訓(xùn)練中對(duì)小學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)是必不可少的,突出的下肢肌肉力量是進(jìn)行拉丁舞訓(xùn)練的重要條件之一。在下肢肌肉中,肌肉力量、肌肉爆發(fā)力,肌肉耐力對(duì)體育舞蹈訓(xùn)練十分重要。它將直接關(guān)系到舞者的移動(dòng)速度,并成為保持舞蹈律動(dòng)的關(guān)鍵因素。在此背景下,為提高小學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)全面發(fā)展,拉丁舞訓(xùn)練在進(jìn)行上肢訓(xùn)練的同時(shí)應(yīng)注重下肢肌肉力量的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。研究方法:本文主要運(yùn)用實(shí)驗(yàn)法,選取北京回龍觀中心小學(xué)10—11歲24名女生為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)組。對(duì)照組12名受試者正常進(jìn)行體育課程以及課外活動(dòng)課程,實(shí)驗(yàn)組12名受試者正常參加體育課程,在課外活動(dòng)時(shí)間實(shí)施12周的拉丁舞訓(xùn)練,以牛仔舞腿部訓(xùn)練為主對(duì)小學(xué)生下肢肌力影響進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,將實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,研究得出以下結(jié)論:1.體成分測(cè)試方面,對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組BMI指數(shù)無(wú)明顯變化,且都在正常范圍之內(nèi);對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)組骨骼肌含量均有提高,但兩組之間并沒(méi)有顯著性差異;對(duì)照組下肢脂肪含量增加,實(shí)驗(yàn)組脂肪含量有所減少。2.下肢肌肉力量測(cè)試方面,爆發(fā)力測(cè)試時(shí),實(shí)驗(yàn)組在縱跳測(cè)試中前后測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)呈非常顯著性差異;立定跳遠(yuǎn)測(cè)試項(xiàng)目中對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組數(shù)據(jù)雖有所增長(zhǎng),但無(wú)顯著性差異。肌肉耐力測(cè)試時(shí),功率自行車(chē)低檔位對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)組測(cè)試平均圈數(shù)存在顯著性差異;中檔位實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組平均圈數(shù)都有所增加,但兩組數(shù)據(jù)不存在顯著性差異;隨著功率的不斷增加,高檔位功率自行車(chē)實(shí)驗(yàn)組平均蹬騎圈數(shù)后30s基本保持不變,而對(duì)照組平均圈數(shù)減少,拉丁舞訓(xùn)練對(duì)小學(xué)生下肢肌肉爆發(fā)力和耐力具有一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Research objective: Latin dance has been loved by more and more primary school students since its rich dance content and its unique fitness value. Pupils are in a critical period of physical development. Sport is the most favorable factor to promote physical development and build up physique. Latin dance training of lower extremity muscle strength is essential for elementary school students in daily training. Prominent lower limb muscle strength is one of the important conditions for Latin dance training. In lower extremity muscles, muscle strength, muscle explosive force and muscle endurance are very important for sports dance training. And become the key factor to keep dance rhythm. In this context, in order to improve the overall development of primary school students' physical quality, Latin dance training should pay attention to the coordinated development of lower extremity muscle strength while training upper extremity. Research methods: this paper mainly uses the experimental method to select 24 girls aged 10-11 years old in Beijing Huilong Guan Center Primary School as the research objects. The control group and the experimental group were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 12), the control group (n = 12), the control group (n = 12) and the experimental group (n = 12). The effect of leg training of cowboy dance on the muscle strength of lower extremities of pupils was studied. The results were compared. The following conclusions were drawn: 1. In terms of body composition test, the BMI index of the control group and the experimental group had no obvious change. The contents of skeletal muscle in control group and experimental group were increased, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. In control group, the fat content of lower extremity increased, and the fat content in experimental group decreased .2. the muscle strength of lower extremity was measured, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. In explosive force test, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the longitudinal jump test, but there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the standing long jump test. There was significant difference in the average number of test cycles between the low gear control group and the experimental group; the average number of cycles in the middle gear experimental group and the control group increased, but there was no significant difference between the two groups; with the increase of power, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The experimental group of high grade power bicycle had the same number of pedal cycles after 30 s, while the average number of cycles in the control group decreased. Latin dance training had a certain promoting effect on the lower extremity muscle burst and endurance of primary school students.
