【摘要】:正不能讓那些與學(xué)生、學(xué)校無甚關(guān)系的檢查、評(píng)估、評(píng)審、評(píng)選、創(chuàng)建活動(dòng)"綁架"了我們的學(xué)校和學(xué)生。作為一名基層義務(wù)學(xué)校管理工作者,我深深感到要想真正擁有"辦學(xué)自主權(quán)"是多么不容易,F(xiàn)實(shí)中,各種名目繁多、繁瑣細(xì)碎的評(píng)估、評(píng)審、評(píng)選、創(chuàng)建常常接踵而至。筆者作過統(tǒng)計(jì),某縣教育局曾經(jīng)一個(gè)月內(nèi)下發(fā)多達(dá)50多份通知和文件,有時(shí)一個(gè)星期安排四五次會(huì)議,校長(zhǎng)被迫淪落為"開會(huì)校長(zhǎng)"。主管部門或政府其他部門每個(gè)月都會(huì)主動(dòng)安排學(xué)校做一些他們看來認(rèn)為很重要的事情,但從
[Abstract]:We can't let those activities that have nothing to do with students and schools "kidnap" our schools and our students. As a grass-roots volunteer school administrator, we can't "kidnap" our schools and students by creating activities that have nothing to do with the examination, evaluation, evaluation, selection, and creation of activities.
