小學(xué)語文教學(xué)中挫折教育策略研究

【摘要】:在孩子成長的過程中,小學(xué)是孩子離開父母生活的第一個(gè)公共場(chǎng)所,因此在其人生歷程中占有相當(dāng)重要的位置。就當(dāng)前的發(fā)展背景而言,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)逐漸趨于成熟,社會(huì)變革也因此得到了深化,這就在一定程度上迫使人們的生活方式發(fā)生改變,同時(shí)人們生存的難度也會(huì)加大,家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的變化也將成為必然。在這樣大的時(shí)代背景下,大多數(shù)孩子有著極其豐富的物質(zhì)生活,是一個(gè)甚至幾個(gè)家庭的掌上明珠。這使得一直被家庭庇護(hù)、還沒有必要的心理承受力的孩子變得不堪一擊,無法正確處理、適當(dāng)排遣遇到困難后緊張和恐懼的情緒,抑郁甚至是自殺等一些心理問題應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。最近幾年,青少年由于某些簡單問題而自殺的比例逐年增多,對(duì)我國青少年兒童的死亡原因進(jìn)行分析,不難發(fā)現(xiàn)因?yàn)樽詺⒍斐傻乃劳稣加邢喈?dāng)大的一部分比例,且低齡化也越來越嚴(yán)重。因此,學(xué)生在小學(xué)階段除了需要掌握一些基本常識(shí),還需要加強(qiáng)自身的思想道德修養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)良好的心態(tài)。古語有云:萬丈高樓平地起。不難看出,即使再高的樓房,也需一層一層建立起來的,因此學(xué)生在小學(xué)階段就應(yīng)當(dāng)接受挫折教育,通過這些教育學(xué)生能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)自身心理素質(zhì)的提高,從而盡可能多得迎合社會(huì)的需求。在整個(gè)小學(xué)階段,小學(xué)語文十分重要,因此其課時(shí)較多,如果將整個(gè)教育體系看作是一個(gè)金字塔,那么小學(xué)語文無疑處于基礎(chǔ)性位置。該門課程的教材內(nèi)容十分豐富,同時(shí)教授方法也較為多樣,這也在一定程度上為挫折教育提供了契機(jī),使得對(duì)于小學(xué)生的挫折教育得以順利開展。本文選取了理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)角度對(duì)挫折教育進(jìn)行了分析,兩線并進(jìn)明確了挫折教育的依據(jù),同時(shí)對(duì)小學(xué)生的心理特征進(jìn)行了具有針對(duì)性的分析,并將該分析同挫折教育結(jié)合在一起,以期對(duì)挫折教育的實(shí)踐提供有效的參考。
[Abstract]:In the process of children growing up, primary school is the first public place for children to leave their parents' lives, so it occupies a very important position in the course of their life.As far as the current development background is concerned, the development of knowledge economy has gradually become mature. Social change is thus deepened, which forces people to change their way of life to a certain extent, and at the same time makes it more difficult for people to survive, and changes in family structure will become inevitable. Most children have an extremely rich material life and are the apple of the eye of one or more families. This makes the children, who have been sheltered by the family and have not the necessary psychological endurance, become vulnerable and unable to deal with them correctly. Some psychological problems, such as depression and even suicide, have emerged as the times require to properly dispel the feelings of tension and fear after difficulties. In recent years, the proportion of teenagers committing suicide due to some simple problems has increased year by year. By analyzing the causes of death of adolescents and children in our country, it is not difficult to find that the death caused by suicide accounts for a large proportion, and the younger age is becoming more and more serious. In addition to mastering some basic knowledge in primary school, students also need to strengthen their own ideological and moral cultivation and cultivate a good mentality. As the old saying goes: ten thousand high buildings rise flat. It is not difficult to see that even the taller buildings, It also needs to be built up layer by layer, so students should receive frustration education at the primary school stage, through which they can achieve their own psychological improvement, thus as much as possible to meet the needs of society. The primary school language is very important, so it has more hours. If the whole education system is regarded as a pyramid, the primary school language is undoubtedly in a basic position. The teaching material of this course is very rich, and the teaching methods are also quite diverse. This also provides an opportunity for frustration education to a certain extent, which makes the frustration education for primary school students develop smoothly. This paper analyzes frustration education from two angles of theory and practice. At the same time, the author makes a targeted analysis of the psychological characteristics of primary school students, and combines the analysis with frustration education in order to provide an effective reference for the practice of frustration education.
