【摘要】:少年兒童課余排球訓(xùn)練在發(fā)現(xiàn)人才、培養(yǎng)人才以及輸送人才過(guò)程中,發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用,也為我國(guó)競(jìng)技排球取得優(yōu)良成績(jī)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),不少前輩專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者教授對(duì)課余排球訓(xùn)練從理論到實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了大量探討和研究,對(duì)課余排球訓(xùn)練的有效開(kāi)展做出了實(shí)質(zhì)性的貢獻(xiàn)。但是,由于排球運(yùn)動(dòng)本身的技巧性、競(jìng)技性等特點(diǎn),使少年兒童課余排球訓(xùn)練一直存在著難度化、成人化的現(xiàn)象,這便導(dǎo)致了早期課余排球訓(xùn)練枯燥性和困難性,嚴(yán)重影響了排球運(yùn)動(dòng)在兒童青少年群體中的深入推廣和開(kāi)展;谡n余排球訓(xùn)練長(zhǎng)期存在的這一現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,提出了小學(xué)生課余排球訓(xùn)練游戲化的理念,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行實(shí)踐性的研究,以期證明這一理念的可行性、有效性和科學(xué)性。從而拓展今后課余排球訓(xùn)練理論與實(shí)踐研究空間與視角;豐富排球課余訓(xùn)練方法的設(shè)計(jì)與思路;為我國(guó)競(jìng)技排球運(yùn)動(dòng)人才選拔和培養(yǎng)做出可持續(xù)性貢獻(xiàn)。以文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法等研究方法,運(yùn)用SPSSI6.0進(jìn)行數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和邏輯分析。以成都市石筍街小學(xué)東校區(qū)小學(xué)生課余排球訓(xùn)練共計(jì)48人(三組,每組16人)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)班和對(duì)照班進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)、統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析得出如下調(diào)查結(jié)果:1.排球課余訓(xùn)練的游戲化理念有利于營(yíng)造輕松愉快的訓(xùn)練環(huán)境2.排球課余訓(xùn)練的游戲化理念有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)生課余專(zhuān)項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練能力的提高3.排球課余訓(xùn)練的游戲化理念有利于激發(fā)學(xué)生參與課余訓(xùn)練的動(dòng)機(jī)4.排球課余訓(xùn)練的游戲化理念有利于增加學(xué)生的課余訓(xùn)練興趣5.排球課余訓(xùn)練的游戲化理念有利于轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)生的課余訓(xùn)練態(tài)度最后對(duì)課余訓(xùn)練提出建議:1)游戲化的排球課余訓(xùn)練要強(qiáng)調(diào)激發(fā)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的潛能;2)排球游戲化練習(xí)中應(yīng)使學(xué)生主要興奮點(diǎn)和注意力指向相應(yīng)的技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié);3)游戲化的排球課余訓(xùn)練要體現(xiàn)訓(xùn)練的任務(wù)和目標(biāo)性,避免為了游戲而游戲;4)游戲性練習(xí)中要注意培養(yǎng)參與者團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,體現(xiàn)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)配合的特點(diǎn);5)游戲性排球練習(xí)的難易程度要掌握得當(dāng)并逐步提高;6)教練自身要提高排球游戲性設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)技能的儲(chǔ)備。
[Abstract]:Children's after-school volleyball training plays an important role in the process of discovering, training and transporting talents, and has also made an important contribution to the excellent achievements of competitive volleyball in China. For a long time, many senior experts, Scholars and professors have made substantial contributions to the effective development of after-school volleyball training through a great deal of discussion and research from theory to practice. However, due to the skill and competition of volleyball itself, After school volleyball training for children has always been difficult, adult phenomenon, which led to the early after-school volleyball training boring and difficult, It seriously affects the further promotion and development of volleyball in children and adolescents. Based on this practical problem, this paper puts forward the idea of playing after school volleyball training for primary school students. In order to prove the feasibility, validity and scientificalness of this idea, to expand the research space and angle of view of the theory and practice of after-school volleyball training in the future, to enrich the design and train of thought of the volleyball after-school training method, and to carry on the practical research on it in order to prove the feasibility, validity and scientific nature of the concept. To make a sustainable contribution to the selection and training of competitive volleyball talents in China. The research methods are literature, questionnaire, expert interview, experiment and so on. Using SPSSI6.0 to carry out mathematical statistics and logical analysis, taking the after-school volleyball training of primary school students in East Campus of the primary school of stalagmites Street in Chengdu as the research object, there are 48 students (16 persons in each group) in three groups. The experimental class and the control class were evaluated by mathematical statistics before and after the experiment. The result of statistics and analysis is as follows: 1. The idea of playing volleyball after-class training is conducive to creating a relaxed and pleasant training environment 2.The idea of playing after class training is conducive to promoting the students' ability of after-school special training. The idea of playing after class volleyball training is conducive to stimulate students' motivation to participate in after-school training 4.The idea of playing after class volleyball training is conducive to increasing students' interest in after-school training 5.The idea of playing after class training in volleyball is beneficial to students' interest in after-school training. Finally, the suggestion on after-school training should be put forward: 1) in the after-school volleyball training, emphasis should be placed on stimulating the students' potentials of autonomous learning. 2) the main excitatory points and notes should be given to the students in the practice of volleyball games. The intention force points to the corresponding technical link 3) the game volleyball after-school training should embody the task and the goal of the training. Avoid playing games for the sake of games.) pay attention to cultivating the team spirit of the participants in the game exercises. The difficulty degree of the game volleyball practice should be properly mastered and improved gradually) the coach himself should improve the reserve of the volleyball game design knowledge and skills.
