【摘要】：文章以文獻(xiàn)法和問卷調(diào)查為主要研究方法,以黑龍江省農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育教師培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀作為研究對(duì)象,展開調(diào)查和研究。結(jié)果表明,黑龍江省農(nóng)村體育教師的培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì)較少;教師對(duì)參加培訓(xùn)態(tài)度比較積極;培訓(xùn)形式和內(nèi)容多樣;培訓(xùn)的保障措施比較全面,但是落實(shí)情況不樂觀。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,為黑龍江省農(nóng)村體育教師的培訓(xùn)工作更好地開展提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the literature method and questionnaire as the main research method, taking the present situation of physical education teacher training in the rural primary school of Heilongjiang Province as the research object, and carries out the investigation and research. The result shows that the training opportunity of the rural physical education teacher in Heilongjiang Province is less than that of the rural physical education teacher. Teachers' attitude towards participating in training is more positive; the training forms and contents are diverse; the training safeguard measures are more comprehensive, but the implementation situation is not optimistic. According to the results of the research, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. It provides a certain reference for the training of rural PE teachers in Heilongjiang Province.
