花樣跳繩在濟南市小學體育教學中的實踐研究

【摘要】:花樣跳繩,是在傳統(tǒng)跳繩的基礎上演繹和創(chuàng)新所發(fā)展起來的,它克服了傳統(tǒng)跳繩的形式單一、枯燥乏味,融合了現(xiàn)代一些舞蹈、雜技、健身操、武術、音樂等時尚元素,具有跑步的健身功效、舞蹈的優(yōu)美姿態(tài)、音樂的節(jié)奏旋律,是一項非常適合競技和大眾健身的運動項目!被犹K不受人數(shù)、季節(jié)、年齡的限制,且場地要求小,器材簡單,易于操作;只要一條繩子,一人或多人都可以運動起來;其運動特點是全身協(xié)調(diào)配合,具有較強的節(jié)奏感和趣味性,因此是深受大眾的喜愛,是一項理想的大眾健身項目;犹K運動不僅可以提高青少年的身體素質(zhì),增強心肺功能,而且從安全方面、學校體育場地方面、社會鍛煉場所方面來考量,都是值得推廣和普及的,應該得到學校、社會的重視。本文采用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、實地考察法、問卷調(diào)查法、通過對濟南市山大輔仁小學、濟南市趵突泉小學和濟南市育賢小學三所學校的實驗,實驗表明花樣跳繩運動在小學中開展對學生的體質(zhì)健康有明顯的提高。研究結果如下:1、花樣跳繩運動本身所具有的優(yōu)勢和特點對小學生的身體健康發(fā)展良好的促進作用,對提高學生的身體素質(zhì)和改善身體機能有很好的幫助,把花樣跳繩運動引入小學體育教學中對學生的發(fā)展具有重要的意義。2、通過一學期的花樣跳繩練習,三所學校的受試者在體能體質(zhì)健康指標方面與實驗前相比均有不同程度的提高,主要體現(xiàn)在耐力、速度、彈跳力和柔韌性上。同時在心肺功能上與其肺活量上都有一定的提升。另外,通過花樣跳繩練習,不僅培養(yǎng)了學生頑強的意志品質(zhì),形成了陽光的性格和團結互助的優(yōu)良品質(zhì),而且,學生在身心健康和社會適應上均有所提高。3、通過花樣跳繩練習后,學生不僅在跳繩花樣上有明顯的提高,而且也讓學生感受到體育的另一面,即通過練習掌握了體育技能,提高了身體素質(zhì),同時還增強了其想象力和創(chuàng)新力,培養(yǎng)了團結合作、不怕吃苦的精神。同時也證明了把花樣跳繩運動引進學校體育課堂具有非常重要的意義,為學校開展體育教學提供了寶貴的教學經(jīng)驗。4、學校開展花樣跳繩運動主要以體育課、大課間活動為主,多數(shù)學校主要開展“正搖或反單搖跳”和“集體跑8字跳”兩個項目,跳繩花樣比較單一,開展起來缺乏趣味,不利于學生掌握和學習。另外,組織開展花樣跳繩運動的比賽較少,學生學習花樣跳繩積極性不高。5、制約花樣跳繩進入小學體育教學中的因素有:缺少花樣跳繩的專業(yè)教師、學校領導不重視、缺少專業(yè)跳繩教材、教師缺少進修與培訓的平臺、教師在教學上保守傳統(tǒng),缺乏創(chuàng)新、缺少宣傳、推廣力度,組織比賽較少、跳繩方法與樣式單調(diào)、場地與器材因素的影響。其中缺少專業(yè)教師和學校領導不重視是制約花樣跳繩進入小學體育教學中的兩個主要因素。

The sport of skipping rope can not only improve the physical quality of young people and enhance their cardiopulmonary function, but also consider from the aspects of safety, school sports venues and social exercise places. It is worth popularizing and popularizing, and should be attached importance to by schools and society. This paper adopts the method of literature, expert interview, field investigation, questionnaire investigation, and through the way of making a survey on Furen Primary School of Shanshan University in Jinan City. Experiments on three schools in Jinan Baotu Spring Primary School and Yu Xian Primary School in Jinan, The experiment shows that the development of pattern skipping in primary school has a significant improvement on the students' physical health. The results are as follows: 1. The advantages and characteristics of the rope skipping itself have a good promoting effect on the development of the pupils' physical health. It is very helpful to improve the students' physical quality and improve their physical function. It is of great significance to the development of the students by introducing the pattern skipping into the physical education teaching of primary school, and through the practice of the pattern skipping for one semester, The subjects in the three schools improved their physical fitness and health indexes to varying degrees compared with those before the experiment, mainly in terms of endurance and speed. At the same time, there is a certain improvement in the cardiopulmonary function and its vital capacity. In addition, through the practice of rope skipping, not only the students' tenacious will quality has been cultivated, but also the sunny character and the fine quality of solidarity and mutual assistance have been formed. In addition, students have improved in physical and mental health and social adaptation. After practicing rope skipping, students not only have a significant improvement in rope skipping, but also make students feel the other side of sports. That is, through the practice of mastering sports skills, improving physical fitness, at the same time enhancing their imagination and innovation, fostering unity and cooperation, The spirit of not being afraid of suffering. At the same time, it has also proved that it is of great significance to introduce the pattern skipping sport into the physical education class of the school. It provides valuable teaching experience for the school to carry out the physical education teaching. The school carries out the pattern rope skipping movement mainly by the physical education class. Large class activities are the main activity. Most schools mainly carry out "positive or anti-single jump" and "collective running 8 characters jump." the rope skipping pattern is relatively simple, and it lacks interest in its development, which is not conducive to students' mastery and study. In addition, There are few competitions to organize and develop the rope skipping, and the enthusiasm of the students to learn the rope skipping is not high. The factors that restrict the entry of the rope skipping into the physical education teaching of primary school are: lack of professional teachers of the pattern skipping, and the school leaders do not attach importance to it. Lack of professional rope skipping teaching materials, teachers lack of platform for further education and training, teachers in teaching conservative tradition, lack of innovation, lack of publicity, promotion, less organized competitions, rope skipping method and style monotonous, The lack of professional teachers and school leaders are the two main factors restricting the entry of rope skipping into primary school physical education.
