湖北省T市農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語師資現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:小學(xué)處于義務(wù)教育階段,而農(nóng)村一直是中國(guó)教育發(fā)展的薄弱地區(qū),農(nóng)村小學(xué)的英語師資狀況更是不容樂觀。義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展的主要障礙在于師資結(jié)構(gòu)不均,因而優(yōu)化師資結(jié)構(gòu)是解決我國(guó)當(dāng)前義務(wù)教育發(fā)展失衡的重要舉措。加強(qiáng)T市農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)能夠優(yōu)化師資結(jié)構(gòu),因此,如何促進(jìn)農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)是當(dāng)前我國(guó)義務(wù)教育領(lǐng)域一個(gè)具有重大意義的課題。 本研究主要是在促進(jìn)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的背景下,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法及訪談法全面考察了湖北省T市農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語師資現(xiàn)狀,分析了影響T市農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的問題與原因。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),影響農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的問題主要有專業(yè)對(duì)口人才缺乏,師資結(jié)構(gòu)不合理;教師工作壓力大,工作負(fù)擔(dān)重;教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)有待提高,教育理念和教育行為不一致;培訓(xùn)效果不盡如人意;教師普遍認(rèn)為工資低、工作與生活條件差,并從宏觀層面、中觀層面、微觀層面進(jìn)行原因分析。 本研究立足于T市農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語師資現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析,探索影響T市農(nóng)村小學(xué)英語師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的問題及原因,基于調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析,提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。如:加強(qiáng)教育投入力度,保障教師待遇全面落實(shí);引進(jìn)高層次專業(yè)對(duì)口人才,,改善師資結(jié)構(gòu)不合理現(xiàn)象;實(shí)施城鄉(xiāng)教育一體化,加強(qiáng)教師交流;減輕教師負(fù)擔(dān),提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量;提高教師專業(yè)素質(zhì),加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn);教育理念落實(shí)到教育行動(dòng)中,切實(shí)提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量;加強(qiáng)師德建設(shè),要有投身農(nóng)村教育事業(yè)的堅(jiān)定信念。使師資結(jié)構(gòu)得以優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Primary schools are in the stage of compulsory education, and rural areas have been the weak areas for the development of education in China, and the situation of English teachers in rural primary schools is not optimistic. The main obstacle to the balanced development of compulsory education lies in the uneven structure of teachers. Therefore, optimizing the structure of teachers is an important measure to solve the imbalance in the development of compulsory education in China. Strengthening the construction of English teachers in rural primary schools in T City can optimize the structure of teachers. How to promote the construction of English teachers in rural primary schools is a significant task in the field of compulsory education in China. Under the background of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education and the construction of teaching staff, the present situation of English teachers in rural primary schools in T City of Hubei Province is investigated by the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview. This paper analyzes the problems and causes affecting the construction of English teachers in rural primary schools in T City. The investigation shows that the main problems affecting the construction of English teachers in rural primary schools are the lack of professional counterparts, the unreasonable structure of teachers, and the great pressure on teachers to work. Heavy burden of work; teachers' professional quality needs to be improved, educational concepts and educational behaviors are not consistent; training results are not satisfactory; teachers generally think that wages are low, working and living conditions are poor, and from the macro level, meso level, Micro-level analysis of the causes. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of English teachers in rural primary schools in T City, this study explores the problems and causes affecting the construction of English teachers in rural primary schools in T City. Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening the education investment, ensuring the full implementation of teachers' treatment, introducing high-level professional counterparts, improving the unreasonable teacher structure, implementing the integration of urban and rural education, and strengthening teachers' communication. Lighten the burden of teachers, improve teaching quality, improve teachers' professional quality, strengthen training, implement educational concept in educational action, improve teaching quality, strengthen teachers' moral construction, We must have the firm belief that we should devote ourselves to the rural education, so as to optimize the structure of teachers and realize the balanced development of compulsory education.
