小學(xué)新手教師教學(xué)中存在的問題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:小學(xué)新手教師是小學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍中的新生力量,對(duì)推動(dòng)小學(xué)教育的發(fā)展有著重要作用。但是,小學(xué)新手教師處于教師發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段,在發(fā)展過程中會(huì)存在各種各樣的困難與問題,在眾多問題中,關(guān)于教學(xué)的問題尤為突出。教學(xué)是教師進(jìn)行教育的重要手段,小學(xué)新手教師在教學(xué)中存在問題會(huì)極大地影響學(xué)生的發(fā)展,甚至?xí)绊懳覈A(chǔ)教育的發(fā)展。雖然我國加大了對(duì)小學(xué)新手教師的教育和培訓(xùn),但是小學(xué)新手教師在教學(xué)中仍存在一些問題和不足。此外,筆者通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行梳理后發(fā)現(xiàn),關(guān)于小學(xué)新手教師的教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備、教學(xué)實(shí)施和教學(xué)反思的相關(guān)研究相對(duì)較少。因此,為全面了解小學(xué)新手教師的教學(xué)問題,并提出有針對(duì)性的解決對(duì)策,筆者從教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備、教學(xué)實(shí)施和教學(xué)反思三方面對(duì)小學(xué)新手教師教學(xué)中存在的問題進(jìn)行了研究。本研究基于教師職業(yè)生涯周期理論和終身學(xué)習(xí)理論,通過文獻(xiàn)法搜集資料,將某省100名小學(xué)新手教師作為問卷調(diào)查的對(duì)象,10名小學(xué)新手教師作為訪談對(duì)象,對(duì)小學(xué)新手教師的教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備、教學(xué)實(shí)施、教學(xué)反思情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查和訪談的結(jié)果,分析小學(xué)新手教師在教學(xué)中存在的問題,并探究其問題存在的原因,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論和小學(xué)新手教師的具體實(shí)際情況,找出解決問題的可行性對(duì)策,旨在幫助小學(xué)新手教師有效地解決教學(xué)中存在的問題。本研究包括六個(gè)部分。第一部分概括敘述了本研究的問題起源、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述和理論基礎(chǔ),并界定了本研究的核心概念:新手教師和教學(xué)問題。第二部分?jǐn)⑹隽吮狙芯克\(yùn)用的研究方法。第三部分深入分析了本研究的調(diào)查結(jié)果,包括問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析和訪談結(jié)果分析。第四部分在對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果分析總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)論述了目前小學(xué)新手教師在教學(xué)中存在的問題,并對(duì)問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行深入分析。第五部分針對(duì)小學(xué)新手教師在教學(xué)中存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。第六部分為本研究的結(jié)論與反思。
[Abstract]:Primary school novice teacher is a new force of primary school teachers, plays an important role in promoting the development of primary school education. However, primary school novice teachers at the primary stage of teacher development, will be all kinds of difficulties and problems in the process of development, among other problems, the problems about teaching teaching is an important means is particularly prominent. Teacher education, primary school novice teachers' problems will greatly affect the development of students in teaching, and even affect the development of basic education in China. Although China has increased on the primary school novice teacher's education and training, but the primary school novice teachers there are still some problems and shortcomings in the teaching. In addition, the author through the domestic and foreign research after carding found for a primary school novice teacher's teaching, research teaching and teaching reflection is relatively small. Therefore, to fully understand Problems in teaching primary school novice teachers, and put forward targeted countermeasures, the author from the teaching preparation, teaching practice and teaching reflection on three aspects of primary school novice teachers in teaching. This research is based on the teachers' occupation career cycle theory and lifelong learning theory, collected data through literature method, will be a 100 primary school novice teachers as the subjects of the questionnaire, 10 primary school novice teachers as the object of the interview, the primary school novice teacher preparation, teaching implementation, teaching reflection survey, according to the results of questionnaire and interview, analysis of primary school novice teachers in teaching problems, and explored the reasons of problems, combined with the the actual situation of the specific theory and primary school novice teachers, find out the feasible measures to solve the problem, to help novice teachers in the teaching of primary school can effectively save the solution In question. This study includes six parts. The first part briefly introduces the origin, the research significance, the research review and theoretical basis, and defines the core concepts of this research: the novice teachers and teaching problems. The second part describes the methods of this research. The third part of the in-depth analysis the findings of this study, including the analysis of survey data analysis and interview results. In the fourth part, based on the results of the survey analysis, discusses the existing in the teaching of primary school novice teachers at present problems, and the causes for the problems were analyzed. The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the primary school novice teacher the problems in the process of teaching. The sixth part is the conclusion and reflection of this study.
