南京市A小學學校文化建設(shè)的個案研究

【摘要】:這是一個學校文化建設(shè)無處不說、無處不熱的時代,教育工作者們普遍認識到:學校文化是學校發(fā)展的靈魂,對師生的人生觀、價值觀產(chǎn)生著潛移默化的影響,是凝聚人心、提升學校品味和影響力的“無形推手”。而在整個基礎(chǔ)教育中具有重要地位的小學學校文化通過規(guī)范、管理、暗示、熏陶、啟迪等形式直接或間接影響小學生的思想觀念、心理人格、道德品質(zhì)、行為習慣等方面,從而促進小學生素質(zhì)的全面發(fā)展,具有其他任何教育手段無法比擬和替代的作用。這也是一個學校文化建設(shè)充滿困惑和迷茫的時代,很多校長對學校文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵、途徑和方法認識不深、充滿困惑,很多學校不顧自身歷史傳統(tǒng)和目前實際情況,簡單生搬硬套其他學校的做法,致使學校文化成為無源之水、無根之木,難以發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的作用。學校文化建設(shè)真正引起了A小學的重視,A小學根據(jù)自身歷史傳統(tǒng)和目前實際需求,確立了“求真”的文化識別體系,并將其納入工作議事日程并付諸實施。本文通過分析A小學學校文化建設(shè)的典型實踐,希望能給其他學校的學校文化建設(shè)提供有益的經(jīng)驗借鑒。本文遵循從理論到實踐、再到思考的邏輯順序,共分為四個部分:第一部分為導論,介紹了選題緣由、選題意義,綜述了學校文化及學校文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)研究,評價了已有研究,并說明了研究方法和研究內(nèi)容;第二部分探討了學校文化建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)。這一部分主要界定了相關(guān)概念,劃分了學校文化的四層結(jié)構(gòu),并論證了學校文化建設(shè)的必要性與緊迫性。第三部分介紹了A小學發(fā)現(xiàn)“求真”之路的過程,包括簡要介紹A小學,A小學“求真”文化提出的依據(jù),以及A小學學校文化建設(shè)的順序;第四部分闡述了A小學走向“求真”之路的實踐即A小學“求真”文化的建設(shè)內(nèi)容,分別從精神文化建設(shè)、制度文化建設(shè)、物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)、行為文化建設(shè)四個層次展開,論述了“求真”文化在這四個層次的定位、建設(shè)及取得的成果;第五部分是在第四部分闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,反思了A小學“求真”文化的建設(shè),包括兩方面內(nèi)容,即是:A小學“求真”文化建設(shè)的啟示,A小學在建設(shè)“求真”文化中存在的矛盾及解決建議。
[Abstract]:This is an era in which the construction of school culture is everywhere and everywhere is hot. Educators generally realize that school culture is the soul of school development and has a subtle impact on the outlook on life and values of teachers and students. The "invisible pushing hand" to promote school taste and influence. The primary school culture, which plays an important role in the whole basic education, directly or indirectly influences the pupils' ideas through the forms of standardization, management, implication, edification, enlightenment, etc. Psychological personality, moral quality, behavior habits and so on, thus promoting the overall development of primary school students' quality, has the role that no other educational means can compare and replace. This is also a time when the construction of school culture is full of confusion and confusion. Many principals do not have a deep understanding of the connotation, ways and methods of school culture construction, and are full of confusion. In spite of their own historical traditions and current actual conditions, many schools simply copy the practices of other schools, resulting in school culture becoming a source of water. It is difficult for rootless trees to play their due role. The construction of school culture has really aroused the attention of A primary school. According to its own historical tradition and current actual needs, it has established a cultural identification system of "seeking truth". And put it into work agenda and put it into practice. By analyzing the typical practice of school culture construction in A primary school, this paper hopes to provide useful experience for other schools. Then to the logical order of thinking, it is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the reason of selecting the topic, the significance of the topic, summarizes the relevant research of school culture and school culture construction, and evaluates the existing research. The second part discusses the theoretical basis of the construction of school culture. This part mainly defines the relevant concepts, divides the four-tier structure of school culture. The third part introduces the process of discovering "seeking truth" in A primary school, including a brief introduction of the basis of "seeking truth" culture in A primary school. In part 4th, the author expounds the practice of "seeking truth" in primary school A, that is, the construction content of "seeking truth" culture in primary school A, which includes the construction of spiritual culture, the construction of system culture, and the construction of material culture, respectively. This paper discusses the orientation, construction and achievement of "seeking truth" culture in the four levels. The 5th part is based on the 4th part, and reflects on the construction of "seeking truth" culture in A primary school. It includes two aspects, that is, the enlightenment of the cultural construction of "seeking truth" in the elementary school "seeking truth" in the elementary school A, and the contradictions existing in the construction of "seeking truth" culture in the elementary school A and the suggestions to solve it.
