【摘要】:正沒有遇見教育困境并在困境中"為伊消得人憔悴"的校長,沒有經(jīng)歷學(xué)校重大改革實踐的校長,是不會有真正屬于自己的辦學(xué)理念的。今天,你說老師缺理念,他不服氣,一口氣能說出多條課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)里的理念、多元智能的理論。其實,那都不是他的理念,那是課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的,那是多元智能的。要內(nèi)化了才是你自己的。內(nèi)化不是簡單的事。不是說背出來了,寫論文用上了,就有理念了。很多老師的理念,是嘴上說說的理念。同樣的,你說校長沒理念,他們跟你急,
