吳正憲與黃愛華小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)理念及策略比較研究

【摘要】:在教育教學(xué)中,遵循優(yōu)秀的教學(xué)思想會(huì)使教學(xué)更加順利地完成。吳正憲和黃愛華都是一線教師中的佼佼者,追隨他們的教育教學(xué)思想并對(duì)比思考,有利于指導(dǎo)小學(xué)教育工作,提高小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量,使小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教育教學(xué)更好地進(jìn)行。本論文主要采用比較研究法、案例研究法以及文獻(xiàn)法,對(duì)吳正憲與黃愛華的教學(xué)思想進(jìn)行比較分析。首先從教學(xué)理念方面,對(duì)吳正憲與黃愛華的小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)思想進(jìn)行比較,在對(duì)二位教師的教學(xué)理念進(jìn)行比較研究后,再對(duì)吳正憲與黃愛華小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)思想理論根基進(jìn)行比較。經(jīng)過對(duì)吳正憲與黃愛華的書籍、教學(xué)案例、教學(xué)實(shí)錄、教育訪談等的觀看,對(duì)吳正憲與黃愛華的教學(xué)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行探究。最后,根據(jù)對(duì)吳正憲與黃愛華的比較研究,羅列一些在教學(xué)理論及實(shí)踐中對(duì)自身的啟示。吳正憲與黃愛華的教學(xué)理念擁有以人為本、崇尚創(chuàng)新、終身學(xué)習(xí)、以“質(zhì)”育愛的理念共性,但其中又各有千秋。吳正憲與黃愛華的教學(xué)思想與教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)等理論是分不開的,而兒童心理學(xué)、加德納多元智能理論、馬斯洛需求層次理論、最近發(fā)展區(qū)理論是吳正憲與黃愛華在教育教學(xué)中應(yīng)用較多的理論。通過課程的導(dǎo)入、課程的生成、課程的應(yīng)用與外延三大階段來對(duì)吳正憲與黃愛華小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)課堂教學(xué)策略進(jìn)行比較,由此分析吳正憲與黃愛華小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)操作模式的相同點(diǎn)與不同點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過對(duì)吳正憲與黃愛華的教學(xué)理念、思想根基、教學(xué)策略的探究比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)吳正憲與黃愛華兩位優(yōu)秀的教師相似之處很多,這樣的相似之處基本屬于優(yōu)秀教師的共性,是值得我們認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)的;其二人也具有不同之處,而這些不同之處追其根本,其大方向都是相同的,教學(xué)理念是想通的。本論文在一定程度上深化了對(duì)吳正憲與黃愛華的小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)思想的研究,同時(shí)為一線教師在工作上提供了一些理論支撐,并為即將成為小學(xué)教師的小學(xué)教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的教育實(shí)踐提供一個(gè)可操作的范式和模板。
[Abstract]:In education and teaching, following excellent teaching ideas will lead to a more successful completion of teaching. Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua are outstanding among first-line teachers. Following their educational and teaching ideas and thinking in a comparative way are conducive to guiding the work of primary education. In order to improve the quality of mathematics teaching in primary school, this paper mainly adopts comparative research method, case study method and literature method. This paper makes a comparative analysis of Wu Zhengxian's and Huang Aihua's teaching ideas. First of all, it compares Wu Zhengxian's and Huang Aihua's elementary school mathematics teaching ideas from the aspect of teaching ideas, and then makes a comparative study on the two teachers' teaching ideas. After comparing Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua primary school mathematics teaching ideology and theory foundation. Through the viewing of Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua's books, teaching cases, teaching record, educational interview, etc. This paper explores the teaching practice of Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua. Finally, according to the comparative study of Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua, it lists some enlightenments to themselves in teaching theory and practice. The concepts of advocating innovation, lifelong learning, and educating love with "quality" are common, but they have their own merits. Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua's teaching ideas are inseparable from the theories of pedagogy and psychology, while children's psychology and Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences are inseparable. Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs, the theory of proximal development area is the theory that Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua have applied more in education and teaching. The application and extension of the curriculum have been compared between Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua primary school mathematics classroom teaching strategies. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua primary school mathematics teaching operation mode. Through the exploration and comparison of Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua's teaching idea, ideological foundation and teaching strategy, We found that there are many similarities between Wu Zhengxian and Huang Aihua. Such similarities basically belong to the common features of excellent teachers and are worthy of our careful study. The two of them also have differences, and these differences follow their root. The main direction is the same, and the teaching idea is reasonable. To some extent, this paper deepens the research on Wu Zhengxian's and Huang Aihua's elementary school mathematics teaching thought, and provides some theoretical support for the first-line teachers' work at the same time. It also provides an operational paradigm and template for the educational practice of primary school students who will soon become primary school teachers.
