從人性視角來審視鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)全科教師的培養(yǎng)問題

【摘要】:教育的本真追求是在尊重人性的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展人性。政府應(yīng)恢復(fù)鄉(xiāng)村政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和教育生態(tài),為全科教師的人性發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ);高師院校應(yīng)按照"課程體系→課程模塊→統(tǒng)攝課程→學(xué)科課程"的邏輯關(guān)系,把分離的學(xué)科課程融合為有機(jī)的知識(shí)體系,依照"知識(shí)→能力→素養(yǎng)→人性"的人性發(fā)展路徑來構(gòu)建課程體系;強(qiáng)化高師院校"教師教育者"的專業(yè)培訓(xùn),提高學(xué)科課程的教學(xué)境界,使小學(xué)全科教師深刻理解掌握知識(shí)對(duì)促進(jìn)人性發(fā)展的作用和規(guī)律,以感悟人性、發(fā)展人性為主線,培養(yǎng)小學(xué)全科教師。
