自然拼讀法在鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)英語教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:自然拼讀法是用26個字母的發(fā)音,5個元音字母與前一個輔音字母相拼進行操練的拼讀法,它以音為主線來記憶單詞,將發(fā)音與拼讀能力融合,讓學(xué)生能夠做到見詞會讀,幫助學(xué)生解決發(fā)音和記憶單詞困難的問題。新疆鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)的孩子從三年級才開始接觸英語,不僅對英語缺乏了解而且也沒有基礎(chǔ),英語的發(fā)音與拼讀能力對他們而言更是難以準(zhǔn)確掌握,然而發(fā)音和拼讀又是學(xué)好英語的基礎(chǔ),自然拼讀法的引入,不僅讓孩子們學(xué)習(xí)英語變得相對容易,而且對于鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語起到了較好的促進作用。對于如何幫助鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)生學(xué)好發(fā)音和拼讀,使他們較快的進步,自然拼讀法能夠很好的實現(xiàn)這一目的。本文針對新疆鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)小學(xué)英語教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀,以筆者所任教的鞏留縣東買里鎮(zhèn)烏圖布拉克小學(xué)四年級學(xué)生為研究對象,將自然拼讀法運用于鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)四年級的英語課堂中,探討自然拼讀法是否能夠改善小學(xué)生的發(fā)音,是否能夠提高學(xué)生拼讀單詞的能力,是否能夠提高學(xué)生語言運用的能力。本研究根據(jù)最近發(fā)展區(qū)理論、認(rèn)知發(fā)展理論和認(rèn)知結(jié)構(gòu)遷移理論,探討自然拼讀法對英語教學(xué)的促進作用,主要采用問卷調(diào)查和教學(xué)實驗對比的研究方法。本研究所選擇的實驗組(23人)和對照組(23人)是筆者自己所帶的四年級(1)班和(2)班,實驗前對兩個班的學(xué)生進行了前測,確保兩個班的學(xué)生英語辨音能力和拼讀能力在同一水平。一個班采用自然拼讀法教學(xué),另一個班采用常規(guī)教學(xué)方法,在為期12周的實驗之后,對兩個班進行了后測和問卷調(diào)查,并運用統(tǒng)計分析軟件SPSS19.0對測試結(jié)果進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。主要得到以下結(jié)論:自然拼讀法不僅可以提高學(xué)生的語音意識,而且還有助于提高學(xué)生拼讀單詞和記憶單詞的能力。通過自然拼讀法的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生的語音意識有所增強,從而能更加準(zhǔn)確的掌握單詞的發(fā)音,對小學(xué)英語教學(xué)也有一定的啟示作用。根據(jù)以上研究結(jié)果,本文提出了一些教學(xué)建議,希望在今后的教學(xué)中,自然拼讀法能更加完善地運用到鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)英語教學(xué)中,也希望鄉(xiāng)村的學(xué)生能學(xué)到更多的知識。
[Abstract]:Natural spelling is a spelling method in which 26 letters are pronounced and 5 vowels are combined with the first consonant. It uses sound as the main line to memorize words, combines pronunciation with spelling ability, and enables students to read words. Help students to solve the problem of pronunciation and memorization of words. Children in Xinjiang Rural Primary School started to contact English only in the third grade, not only lack of understanding of English, but also lack of foundation. The ability to pronounce and spell English is even more difficult for them to master accurately. However, pronunciation and spelling are the basis for learning English well. The introduction of natural spelling not only makes it relatively easy for children to learn English. In addition, it has played a better role in promoting rural primary school students' learning of English. How to help rural pupils learn pronunciation and spelling well, so that they can make rapid progress, This paper aims at the present situation of English teaching in primary schools in rural areas of Xinjiang, and takes the fourth grade students of Wutublak Primary School in Dongmaoli Town, Gongliu County, as the research object. The natural spelling method is applied to the fourth grade English classroom in rural primary schools to explore whether the natural spelling method can improve the pronunciation of primary school students and improve the students' ability of spelling words. According to the theory of proximal development area, cognitive development theory and cognitive structure transfer theory, this study explores the promoting effect of natural spelling on English teaching. The experimental group (23) and the control group (23) were selected by the author as the first and second grade classes. The students of the two classes were tested before the experiment. To ensure that the students' English phonetic ability and spelling ability are at the same level, one class is taught by natural spelling method, the other class is taught by conventional teaching method. After a 12-week experiment, the two classes are tested and investigated by questionnaires. Using the statistical analysis software SPSS19.0 to analyze the data of the test results, the main conclusions are as follows: the natural spelling method can not only improve students' phonological awareness, but also improve students' phonological awareness. It also helps to improve the ability of students to spell and memorize words. Through the study of natural spelling, students' phonological awareness is enhanced, so that they can master the pronunciation of words more accurately. Based on the above research results, this paper puts forward some teaching suggestions, hoping that in the future teaching, the natural spelling method can be applied to rural primary school English teaching more perfectly. I also hope that rural students can learn more knowledge.
