【摘要】：氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)是我國(guó)土生土長(zhǎng)的一項(xiàng)排球運(yùn)動(dòng),受到了越來越多人的青睞,在南方等地區(qū)也得到了很好的發(fā)展,近幾年來也成為了國(guó)家體育總局和中國(guó)排球協(xié)會(huì)重點(diǎn)推廣的群眾項(xiàng)目,但是在西安市的推廣目前還沒有。氣排球?qū)儆谝豁?xiàng)老少皆宜的群眾性體育運(yùn)動(dòng),運(yùn)動(dòng)量適中,男女可以混合參與,簡(jiǎn)單易學(xué),促進(jìn)了小學(xué)體育教學(xué)中終身體育理念的普及與推廣,而且與小學(xué)生的生理和心理特點(diǎn)相符合,是一項(xiàng)適合小學(xué)生的終身體育鍛煉項(xiàng)目,在小學(xué)生中具有很大的推廣價(jià)值。從小學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣排球可以為我國(guó)排球后背人才的培養(yǎng)奠定一定的基礎(chǔ),長(zhǎng)期進(jìn)行氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng),能夠很好地促進(jìn)青少年兒童身體健康的發(fā)展。本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和對(duì)比分析法五種研究方法,以西安市碑林區(qū)小雁塔小學(xué)五年級(jí)四個(gè)班為教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,通過對(duì)教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)過程、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法等進(jìn)行研究,以此來分析氣排球在小學(xué)推廣的實(shí)用性和對(duì)學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的影響,探索氣排球在推廣過程中存在的問題,從實(shí)際出發(fā)說明氣排球在中小學(xué)開展的必要性和實(shí)效性,為促進(jìn)氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展提供一定的依據(jù)。通過氣排球在小雁塔小學(xué)的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),取得了良好的教學(xué)效果。大部分學(xué)生都能夠掌握正確的氣排球技術(shù)動(dòng)作,并且能夠準(zhǔn)確的做出這些技術(shù)動(dòng)作;學(xué)生們也能夠積極的參與到氣排球比賽中去。氣排球課程的開設(shè)提高了學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),滿足了基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展的需要;促進(jìn)了校園文化建設(shè);培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生終身體育意識(shí);豐富了校園文化生活。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)在中小學(xué)的推廣普及具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),但是也存在一定的問題,在后期的推廣發(fā)展過程中,應(yīng)著力解決當(dāng)前存在的問題,依靠當(dāng)前存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)促進(jìn)氣排球更好地發(fā)展。為了更好地促進(jìn)氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)更好地發(fā)展,在推廣過程中,要加大對(duì)這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的宣傳力度,吸引學(xué)生的關(guān)注度;同時(shí)加強(qiáng)學(xué)校體育師資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),為氣排球的發(fā)展做好充分的準(zhǔn)備;做好場(chǎng)地器材基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的保障工作;更新氣排球的教學(xué)觀念,改善氣排球教學(xué)手段,創(chuàng)新氣排球的教學(xué)方法;加大氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的科研力度,從而更好的、科學(xué)的促進(jìn)氣排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展;在業(yè)余時(shí)間也可以適時(shí)的舉辦一些娛樂性的氣排球比賽,豐富學(xué)生的校園文化生活,讓更多的學(xué)生參與到其中。
[Abstract]:Air volleyball is a home-grown volleyball sport in our country, which has been favored by more and more people, and has also been developed very well in the south and other areas. In recent years, it has also become an important mass event promoted by the State Sports Administration and the China Volleyball Association, but the promotion in Xi'an City has not yet been carried out. Air volleyball is a popular sport of all ages, with a moderate amount of sports. Men and women can mix participation, easy to learn, promote the popularization and promotion of the concept of lifelong physical education in physical education teaching in primary schools, and in accordance with the physical and psychological characteristics of primary school students, it is a life-long physical training program suitable for primary school students. The study of gas volleyball from primary school can lay a certain foundation for the cultivation of Chinese volleyball backside talents, and carry out air volleyball sport for a long time. This paper mainly adopts five kinds of research methods, such as document method, expert interview method, teaching experiment method, mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method. Taking the fifth grade four classes of Xiaoyan Pagoda Primary School in the Stele Forest District of Xi'an as the teaching experiment object, through the research to the teaching experiment process, the teaching content, the teaching method and so on, In order to analyze the practicability of air volleyball popularization in primary school and its influence on students' physical quality, this paper probes into the problems existing in the process of air volleyball promotion, and explains the necessity and effectiveness of the development of gas volleyball in primary and middle schools from the practical point of view. Through the teaching experiment in Xiaoyan Pagoda Primary School, good teaching effect has been achieved. Most students can master the correct skill of air volleyball. And can make these technical actions accurately; students can also actively participate in the air volleyball competition. The opening of the air volleyball course improves the students' physical quality and meets the needs of the development of basic education; Promoted the campus culture construction, cultivated the student lifelong sports consciousness, enriched the campus cultural life. Through the experiment research, the air volleyball sports popularization in the primary and middle school has the certain superiority, but also has the certain question, In the later stage of promotion and development, we should focus on solving the existing problems, rely on the advantages of the current existence to promote the better development of gas volleyball, in order to better promote the development of air volleyball, in the process of promotion, At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of school physical education teachers, to make adequate preparations for the development of air volleyball, to do a good job in the field and equipment infrastructure, and to increase the publicity of this sport to attract students' attention. Renew the teaching idea of air volleyball, improve the teaching method of air volleyball, innovate the teaching method of air volleyball, increase the scientific research of air volleyball, and promote the development of air volleyball better and scientifically. In the spare time, we can also hold some recreational volleyball games, enrich students' campus cultural life, and let more students participate in it.
