【摘要】：健康和諧的課堂紀(jì)律,既在學(xué)生自我管理習(xí)慣的形成中起著關(guān)鍵性作用,也是學(xué)校德育工作的核心內(nèi)容之一。課堂紀(jì)律有利于學(xué)生的社會(huì)化,它可以使學(xué)生把握在很多場(chǎng)合被認(rèn)可與贊同的行為規(guī)范,也有利于學(xué)生人格的健全與完善,使學(xué)生在對(duì)持續(xù)的社會(huì)期望與要求進(jìn)行反應(yīng)的過程中,形成自信、自我控制、獨(dú)立性與堅(jiān)持等較為成熟的人格品質(zhì)。運(yùn)用問卷和訪談?wù){(diào)查了解學(xué)校課堂紀(jì)律現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)小學(xué)生的隱性與顯性課堂違紀(jì)行為及其原因進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,探究小學(xué)課堂紀(jì)律管理存在的問題及相應(yīng)解決策略。我們認(rèn)為,應(yīng)重視“課堂雙主體”、轉(zhuǎn)變課堂紀(jì)律管理理念與改進(jìn)課堂紀(jì)律管理方式方法,以使課堂紀(jì)律管理呈現(xiàn)出寬嚴(yán)相濟(jì)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。本課題的研究有助于小學(xué)教師應(yīng)對(duì)課堂紀(jì)律管理問題,對(duì)于優(yōu)化教師的課堂紀(jì)律管理效果,提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量有一定的參考價(jià)值,有利于營(yíng)造積極向上的小學(xué)課堂,從而促進(jìn)小學(xué)生全面健康的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Healthy and harmonious classroom discipline not only plays a key role in the formation of students' self-management habits, but also is one of the core contents of moral education in schools. Classroom discipline is conducive to the socialization of students. It can make students grasp the accepted and agreed behavior norms on many occasions, but also conducive to the integrity and perfection of students' personality, so that students in the process of responding to sustained social expectations and requirements, the formation of self-confidence. Self-control, independence and persistence and other mature personality traits. Using questionnaires and interviews to find out the present situation of classroom discipline, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the hidden and explicit classroom discipline violations of primary school students and their causes. This paper probes into the problems existing in the management of classroom discipline in primary schools and the corresponding solving strategies. We believe that we should attach importance to the "dual subjects of classroom", change the concept of classroom discipline management and improve the ways and methods of classroom discipline management. In order to make classroom discipline management show the development trend of leniency and severity. The research of this topic is helpful for primary school teachers to deal with classroom discipline management problems, and to optimize the effectiveness of classroom discipline management. Improving the quality of classroom teaching is of certain reference value, which is beneficial to the construction of positive primary school classroom, thus promoting the overall and healthy development of primary school students.
