游戲教學(xué)法在8-10周歲少年兒童暑期蛙泳培訓(xùn)班教學(xué)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,人們健身的意識(shí)也越來(lái)越強(qiáng),游泳成為人們喜歡的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,,暑假期間全國(guó)各地游泳館的兒童培訓(xùn)班出現(xiàn)爆滿的現(xiàn)象,但這些培訓(xùn)班的教學(xué)質(zhì)量卻不容樂(lè)觀。在教學(xué)方法方面與國(guó)外的一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)暑期游泳培訓(xùn)班仍然是以傳授游泳技能為目的的,這種傳統(tǒng)而無(wú)創(chuàng)意的教學(xué)方法有很多的弊端:其一,會(huì)導(dǎo)致學(xué)生對(duì)游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生厭煩的心理,培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后,學(xué)生很少去游泳館進(jìn)行練習(xí)和鞏固,導(dǎo)致幾個(gè)月后將所學(xué)的動(dòng)作遺忘,需要重新學(xué)習(xí);其二,不能夠較快的消除學(xué)生對(duì)水的恐懼心理;其三,培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后的教學(xué)質(zhì)量差,有時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)很多學(xué)員達(dá)不到畢業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此,教練員在培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中應(yīng)該重點(diǎn)掌握以下幾點(diǎn):第一,如何能使學(xué)員在培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中更好的掌握技術(shù)動(dòng)作;第二,在培訓(xùn)的過(guò)程中要注重增加學(xué)員對(duì)游泳這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的興趣愛(ài)好;第三,培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后,全體學(xué)員的合格率要高,這不僅是對(duì)學(xué)員的負(fù)責(zé),也可以給游泳俱樂(lè)部帶來(lái)更多的效益。在很久以前,人們就把游戲作為一種活動(dòng),而現(xiàn)在人們把游戲作為了一種應(yīng)用到各門學(xué)科的教學(xué)方法,由于它本身所具有的娛樂(lè)性質(zhì),是其他教學(xué)方法無(wú)法比擬的。它可以使學(xué)員更樂(lè)于積極主動(dòng)的參與到教學(xué)中,有利于學(xué)員對(duì)技術(shù)動(dòng)作的掌握;它可以使學(xué)員在課堂上很放松、很快樂(lè)并且有自己想象的空間,有利于學(xué)員的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。本文以游戲教學(xué)法在暑期蛙泳培訓(xùn)班教學(xué)實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用為主要研究對(duì)象,選取太原市華翔游泳館暑期蛙泳培訓(xùn)班的40名學(xué)員為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各20名,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用游戲教學(xué)法,對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)法,進(jìn)行為期15天蛙泳培訓(xùn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。研究目的:通過(guò)暑期蛙泳培訓(xùn)班的教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),來(lái)證明游戲教學(xué)法在暑期蛙泳培訓(xùn)班中的教學(xué)效果與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法相比是否存在差異性。 研究方法:本論文主要運(yùn)用實(shí)驗(yàn)法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組兩組學(xué)員實(shí)驗(yàn)前、實(shí)驗(yàn)中、實(shí)驗(yàn)后進(jìn)行了蛙泳技能、蛙泳學(xué)習(xí)興趣、蛙泳學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)等指標(biāo)的測(cè)試,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)論: (1)在暑期蛙泳培訓(xùn)班的教學(xué)中,采用游戲教學(xué)法的實(shí)驗(yàn)組在熟悉水性、蛙泳腿動(dòng)作、蛙泳腿和換氣配合動(dòng)作、蛙泳手臂動(dòng)作、蛙泳手臂和換氣配合動(dòng)作、踩水動(dòng)作這六個(gè)單元的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)都優(yōu)于采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法的對(duì)照組,均具有顯著性差異。 (2)通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組最終的評(píng)價(jià):即對(duì)游距達(dá)標(biāo)的人數(shù)、25米速度游、蛙泳技術(shù)動(dòng)作評(píng)分、2min距離游的測(cè)試得出數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)處理得出以下結(jié)論:實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)員一次性游距在25米以上、50米以上、100米以上的人數(shù)均比對(duì)照組的學(xué)員人數(shù)多;蛙泳技術(shù)動(dòng)作評(píng)分、25米速度游、2min距離游的測(cè)試結(jié)果分析得出實(shí)驗(yàn)組的學(xué)員和對(duì)照組的學(xué)員有顯著性差異;采用游戲教學(xué)法的實(shí)驗(yàn)組最終教學(xué)效果優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法的對(duì)照組。 (3)通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的學(xué)員進(jìn)行蛙泳學(xué)習(xí)興趣和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的調(diào)查,并對(duì)兩組進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的組間對(duì)比和組內(nèi)對(duì)比,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)前實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)均無(wú)顯著性差異;實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)均有顯著性差異;實(shí)驗(yàn)前后對(duì)照組的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)均無(wú)顯著性差異;實(shí)驗(yàn)前后實(shí)驗(yàn)組的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)均有顯著性差異,這說(shuō)明實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用的游戲教學(xué)法可以提高學(xué)員們蛙泳的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)。 (4)在暑期蛙泳培訓(xùn)班的教學(xué)結(jié)束后,就學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)效果的問(wèn)題對(duì)家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行滿意度的調(diào)查,調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組學(xué)員家長(zhǎng)的滿意程度存在著顯著性差異,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的學(xué)員家長(zhǎng)比對(duì)照組的滿意度高。說(shuō)明暑期蛙泳培訓(xùn)班運(yùn)用游戲教學(xué)法可以提高教學(xué)效果。 (5)在暑期蛙泳培訓(xùn)班的教學(xué)結(jié)束后,對(duì)兩組學(xué)員進(jìn)行身體形態(tài)和身體素質(zhì)的測(cè)試,結(jié)果顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)員和對(duì)照組學(xué)員的體重有顯著性差異,肺活量和坐位體前屈較對(duì)照組學(xué)員提高的幅度大,說(shuō)明采用游戲教學(xué)的實(shí)驗(yàn)組減輕體重的效果要優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。對(duì)于肥胖的少年兒童減肥的效果較明顯,同時(shí)還可以提高學(xué)員的身體素質(zhì)和身體機(jī)能,增強(qiáng)學(xué)員的體質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society, people's health consciousness is more and more strong, become the people love the sport of swimming, swimming across the country during the summer training children there were phenomena, but the quality of teaching of these courses is not optimistic. Compared to some developed countries in terms of foreign teaching methods, our summer swimming the training class is still to teach swimming skills for the purpose of teaching, the traditional methods and ideas has many disadvantages: first, will cause the students tired of psychological on swimming, after the training, students rarely go to swimming practice and consolidation, lead to a few months after the action is forgotten, need to learn; second, can not quickly eliminate students' fear of water; thirdly, the teaching quality after training, sometimes there will be a lot of students are not up to the graduation standard. Therefore, coaches should grasp the following points in the training process: first, how to make students better in the training process to master the technical movements; second, in the training process should pay attention to increase students interest in the sport of swimming hobby; third, after the training, the qualified rate of all the students to be high, the not only is responsible for the student, also can bring more benefits to the swimming club. A long time ago, people put the game as an activity, and now people put the game as a teaching method applied to every subject, because it itself has the nature of entertainment, is unmatched by other teaching methods. It can make students more willing to actively participate in teaching, help students master the technical movements; it can make students relaxed in the classroom, very happy and have their own imagination space That is conducive to students' autonomous learning ability. Based on the application of game teaching method in the teaching of summer breaststroke training classes in practice as the main object of study, 40 students were selected from Taiyuan Huaxiang swimming breaststroke summer training class as the experimental object, the experimental group and the control group with 20 cases in each group, the experimental group using game teaching method, the control group using the traditional teaching method, experiments were carried out for a period of 15 days. Objective: To study the breaststroke training through the teaching experiment of summer breaststroke training classes, to prove the teaching effect of game teaching method in breaststroke training class in summer compared with the traditional teaching methods are different.
Methods: This paper uses experimental method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, literature method, mathematical statistics method, the experimental group and control group two groups of students before the experiment, experiment, experiment of breaststroke breaststroke breaststroke skills, learning interest, learning motivation are tested, and the results were statistical analysis.
Conclusion:
(1) in the summer breaststroke training classes teaching, using game teaching method in the experimental group with the water, the breaststroke leg kick and ventilation with the action, breaststroke arm movements, breaststroke arms and ventilation with the action of the control group, the evaluation index of the six unit treading water is better than the traditional teaching method, there are significant differences.
(2) the experimental group and control group: the final evaluation of the number of travel from the standard, 25 meter speed swim breaststroke technique action score, 2min distance swimming test data, and the data processing can draw the following conclusions: the experimental group students time to swim the distance of 25 meters, 50 meters above the number. 100 meters above the number of students were higher than control group; action score 25 meters breaststroke technique, speed of travel, the test results of 2min distance travel analysis of the experimental group and the control group students students have significant differences; the control group and the experimental group using game teaching method the teaching effect is superior to the traditional teaching method.
(3) before and after the experiment of the experimental group and control group students were investigated breaststroke learning interest and motivation, and before and after the experiment between group comparison and group comparison of two groups, the experimental results show that the experimental group and the control group before the experiment study interest, there were no significant differences in learning motivation; learning interest the experimental group and the control group after the experiment, there were significant differences in learning motivation; learning interest control group before and after the experiment, there were no significant differences in learning motivation; experimental group learning interest and learning motivation have significant differences, indicating that the game teaching method in the experimental group can improve students interest in learning the breaststroke and learning motivation.
(4) at the end of the summer breaststroke training class teaching, students' learning effect investigation of satisfaction of the parents, the survey results showed that: there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group students' degree of satisfaction with the experimental group than the control group students' parents satisfaction. Summer breaststroke training classes use the game teaching method can improve the teaching effect.
(5) at the end of the summer breaststroke training class teaching, body shape and physical quality of the two groups of participants tested, results showed that: there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group students student body weight, vital capacity and body antexion than the control group students improved greatly, indicating that the experimental group using game teaching weight loss is better than the control group. For children obesity weight loss effect is obvious, but also can improve the students' physical quality and body function, enhance students' physique.
