【摘要】：根據(jù)全國少工委下發(fā)的《各省(自治區(qū)、直轄市)少先隊工作考核實施細則》1的要求以及中共上海市委、上海市人民政府印發(fā)《關(guān)于進一步加強少先隊工作促進少年兒童健康成長的意見》2、《關(guān)于區(qū)域化推進少先隊活動課建設(shè)的通知》3等文件精神,為進一步推進和落實少先隊工作,對少先隊工作進行全面科學(xué)的規(guī)劃,確保少先隊活動的時間和活動的有效性,切實加強輔導(dǎo)員隊伍建設(shè)和少先隊活動建設(shè),近年來,從全國到上海直至各區(qū)縣,少先隊活動課程建設(shè)作為少先隊活動有效開展的工作抓手和基本保障,得到了各級少工委前所未有的推進力度�！渡傧汝牷顒诱n指導(dǎo)綱要(試行,征求意見稿)》4中明確提出:"少先隊是中國共產(chǎn)黨創(chuàng)立并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的少年兒童群眾組織,肩負著通過組織教育培養(yǎng)黨的事業(yè)接班人的使命。保證少先隊活動時間,系統(tǒng)實施少先隊活動課,是經(jīng)常化、系統(tǒng)化、科學(xué)化落實少先隊組織根本任務(wù)的重要保證,是中國特色社會主義教育體系的重要內(nèi)容。"這段話包含對少先隊活動課的三個要求:一是對課程目標(biāo)的要求,要在少先隊活動課中積極落實少先隊組織根本任務(wù),肩負好教育培養(yǎng)黨的事業(yè)接班人的使命;二是對課程內(nèi)容的要求,內(nèi)容上要尊重科學(xué),形成經(jīng)常化、系統(tǒng)化、科學(xué)化課程體系;三是對課程安排的要求,要把課程融入中國特色社會主義學(xué)校教育體系,保證少先隊活動時間。在這樣的工作要求下,本文將通過對推進活動課建設(shè)的相關(guān)文件的梳理、對課程相關(guān)理論的反思和對活動課具體案例的研究等方法,使更多少先隊工作者在明確推進少先隊活動課程的意義的基礎(chǔ)上嘗試科學(xué)合理地設(shè)計少先隊活動課內(nèi)容并形成對少先隊活動課程體系建設(shè)提出相關(guān)設(shè)想和建議。希望能通過本研究將少先隊活動在設(shè)計上的教育性、自主性、實踐性、娛樂性和創(chuàng)造性等特性展現(xiàn)出來,使整個少先隊活動課程體系在推進過程中變得有意義又有意思從而受到廣大少先隊員們的歡迎。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of the implementation rules of the Young Pioneers of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) issued by the National Youth work Committee and the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. The Shanghai Municipal people's Government issued the "opinions on further strengthening the Young Pioneers' work to promote the healthy growth of Children" and the "Notification on regionalization to promote the Construction of Young Pioneers' activity courses" and the third document spirit. In order to further promote and implement the work of the Young Pioneers, the work of the Young Pioneers will be comprehensively and scientifically planned to ensure the time and effectiveness of the activities of the Young Pioneers, and effectively strengthen the construction of the contingent of counsellors and the activities of the Young Pioneers. In recent years, from the whole country to Shanghai to all districts and counties, the construction of the Young Pioneers' activity curriculum as the effective work of the Young Pioneers' activities and the basic guarantee. We have received unprecedented efforts from the junior work committees at all levels. < guidelines for Young Pioneers' activity courses (for trial implementation). "Young Pioneers" is a mass organization of children and children founded and led by the Communist Party of China. It is regular and systematic to shoulder the mission of training the party's successors through organizing education, to ensure the time of the Young Pioneers' activities, and to systematically carry out the Young Pioneers' activity courses. Scientific implementation of the fundamental task of the Young Pioneers organization is an important guarantee of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics. "this paragraph contains three requirements for the Young Pioneers' activity courses: first, the requirements for the curriculum objectives. We should actively carry out the fundamental task of organizing the Young Pioneers in the Young Pioneers' activity class and shoulder the mission of educating and training the party's successors. Second, the requirements of curriculum content, the content should respect science, form a regular, systematic, scientific curriculum system; Third, the requirements of curriculum arrangement, to integrate the curriculum into the education system of socialist schools with Chinese characteristics, to ensure the Young Pioneers activity time. This paper will promote the construction of activities through the sorting of relevant documents, the curriculum related to the theory of reflection and activities of the specific case studies and other methods. On the basis of clearly promoting the significance of the Young Pioneers' activity course, more Young Pioneers workers will try to design the Young Pioneers' activity course content scientifically and reasonably, and put forward relevant ideas and suggestions for the construction of the Young Pioneers' activity Curriculum system. It is hoped that the design of the Young Pioneers' activities will be educational through this study. The characteristics of autonomy, practicality, entertainment and creativity have made the whole curriculum system of the Young Pioneers' activities meaningful and interesting in the process of promotion, which has been welcomed by the majority of the Young Pioneers.
