成長(zhǎng)記錄袋在小學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:德國(guó)著名教育家第斯多惠說:“教育教學(xué)的藝術(shù)不在于傳授本領(lǐng),而在于鼓勵(lì)、喚醒、鼓舞!痹u(píng)價(jià)是教育教學(xué)中的重要環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)整個(gè)教育教學(xué)起著導(dǎo)向和制約作用。學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)是基礎(chǔ)教育評(píng)價(jià)體系中的重要組成部分,任何教育評(píng)價(jià)活動(dòng)都離不開學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià),學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)是教育教學(xué)的微觀評(píng)價(jià)。根據(jù)小學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn),開展綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)的校本化實(shí)施已成為我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育改革的一項(xiàng)重要步驟,它是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育、“以學(xué)生為中心”、促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面而有個(gè)性發(fā)展的有力保證。同時(shí),成長(zhǎng)記錄袋作為新課程改革大力推行的新型評(píng)價(jià)手段,如何將這一質(zhì)性評(píng)價(jià)手段靈活應(yīng)用于小學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)體系中,是理論呼喚與實(shí)踐需要的自然產(chǎn)物。本論文經(jīng)過闡述已有研究者對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)、綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)、小學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)和成長(zhǎng)記錄袋概念的相關(guān)研究,提出本研究對(duì)小學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)和成長(zhǎng)記錄袋的認(rèn)識(shí)。緊接著對(duì)成長(zhǎng)記錄袋和綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,理性分析二者之間的關(guān)系以及二者結(jié)合的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。并認(rèn)為成長(zhǎng)記錄袋應(yīng)用于小學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)是發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)理念指導(dǎo)下的學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià),在價(jià)值取向、評(píng)價(jià)主體、評(píng)價(jià)過程與方法上體現(xiàn)了學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的多元化,注重了過程與結(jié)果并重的質(zhì)性評(píng)價(jià),充分發(fā)揮了學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)的主體能動(dòng)性。本論文通過文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法、案例分析法進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,呈現(xiàn)小學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)記錄袋使用過程中產(chǎn)生的問題及原因分析。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)主要問題有:成長(zhǎng)記錄袋認(rèn)識(shí)度低、使用意識(shí)淡薄;成長(zhǎng)記錄袋收集內(nèi)容缺乏多樣化;評(píng)價(jià)主體多元化流于形式,參與評(píng)價(jià)的積極性不高;綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)過程不夠客觀真實(shí);成長(zhǎng)記錄袋使用效果不理想。產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因是:受傳統(tǒng)教育觀念影響,未能突破考試的約束力;評(píng)價(jià)的功能傾向于管理服務(wù)職能的發(fā)揮;不同評(píng)價(jià)主體在思想認(rèn)識(shí)上的落后;缺乏成長(zhǎng)記錄袋使用的“因校制宜”。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者結(jié)合案例分析提出成長(zhǎng)記錄袋應(yīng)用于小學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)中的具體應(yīng)用過程和總體實(shí)施策略。
[Abstract]:"the art of education and teaching is not to impart skills, but to encourage, awaken and inspire," said the famous German educator Destohui. Evaluation is an important link in education and teaching. The comprehensive quality evaluation of students is an important part of the basic education evaluation system, any educational evaluation activities can not be separated from student evaluation. The comprehensive quality evaluation of students is the microcosmic evaluation of education and teaching. According to the characteristics of pupils' physical and mental development, it has become an important step to carry out the school-based evaluation of comprehensive quality evaluation in the basic education reform of our country. It is a powerful guarantee to implement quality-oriented education, "student-centered" and promote students' all-round and individual development. At the same time, growth record bag is a new type of evaluation means to be vigorously carried out in the new curriculum reform. How to flexibly apply this qualitative evaluation method to the comprehensive quality evaluation system of primary school students is the natural product of theoretical call and practical need. The related research on the concept of comprehensive quality evaluation and growth record bag of primary school students. This paper puts forward the understanding of the comprehensive quality evaluation and the growth record bag of primary school students, and then reviews the development process of the growth record bag and the comprehensive quality evaluation. Rational analysis of the relationship between the two and the advantages of the combination of the two, and think that the growth record bag is applied to the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students under the guidance of the concept of developmental evaluation, in the value orientation. Evaluation subject, evaluation process and methods reflect the diversity of student evaluation, pay attention to the qualitative evaluation with equal emphasis on process and result, and give full play to the subject initiative of student evaluation. The case analysis method is used to investigate and analyze the problems and causes in the process of using the primary school students' growth record bag. The main problems are found as follows: the awareness of the growth record bag is low and the awareness of the use of the bag is weak; Lack of diversity in the content of the growth record bag; The main body of evaluation is diversified in form, and the enthusiasm of participating in evaluation is not high; The process of comprehensive quality evaluation is not objective and true; The effect of growth record bag is not ideal. The reasons for these problems are: influenced by the traditional educational concept, it can not break through the binding force of examination; The function of evaluation tends to give play to the function of management service; The backwardness of different evaluation subjects in ideological cognition; Based on the analysis of cases, the author puts forward the concrete application process and overall implementation strategy of the application of growth record bag in the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students.
