【摘要】：乒乓球作為我國“國球”,曾經(jīng)在小學(xué)體育教育中普及,從而形成具有中國傳統(tǒng)的小學(xué)乒乓球教育文化。近年來,我國小學(xué)乒乓球教育出現(xiàn)了明顯的衰退和邊緣化。導(dǎo)致這種情況的原因很復(fù)雜。從把文化視為人們的生活范式的角度來看,小學(xué)乒乓球教育的變化是我國社會文化的轉(zhuǎn)型所致。我國傳統(tǒng)的乒乓球教育文化是中國從落后的農(nóng)業(yè)社會向現(xiàn)代工業(yè)社會轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中,加之特殊的國情形成的,它具有“政治化”和“競技體育”的重要特征。現(xiàn)代乒乓球教育的文化是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)社會中人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹慕M成部分,具有“大眾化”、“休閑”、“娛樂”的特征。隨著我國改革開放的發(fā)展,日益多元的現(xiàn)代社會促進了體育的大眾化和多元化變化,大眾體育成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹闹匾M成部分。小學(xué)乒乓球教育也僅是多元之一。這客觀上要求我國小學(xué)乒乓球教育從競技體育和政治體育的文化中轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)代社會中大眾體育的文化教育。具體而言,要實現(xiàn)小學(xué)乒乓球教育的轉(zhuǎn)變,必須轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)齻�認識:使乒乓球教育回歸運動的本質(zhì)的認識,乒乓球運動回歸現(xiàn)代人體育素質(zhì)的養(yǎng)成的認識,乒乓球運動回歸現(xiàn)代生活的認識�；谖覈W(xué)教育的國家義務(wù)屬性,從而決定了我國小學(xué)乒乓球教育文化的轉(zhuǎn)變必須從上而下、從國家到社會、從社會到個人的教育思想和教育評價體系的轉(zhuǎn)變。從而也要求在人、才、物的調(diào)配下進行改革和平衡。
