【摘要】：隨著教育界對學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的強調(diào),對學(xué)生問題解決能力、人際合作能力的重視,小組合作學(xué)習(xí)作為一種教學(xué)策略越來越多的被應(yīng)用到課堂教學(xué)中。本論文為深入研究這一教學(xué)策略,探索其使用的有效性,以理論與實際相結(jié)合為原則,結(jié)合自身在高唐縣第一實驗小學(xué)從教的經(jīng)驗,來詳細的介紹、評價該校的語文小組合作學(xué)習(xí)模式,并運用多案例研究將其與另外兩個學(xué)校小組合作學(xué)習(xí)模式做對比,以期探索小組合作教學(xué)模式的一些基本規(guī)律。首先,本文通過系統(tǒng)梳理國內(nèi)外文獻,并在總結(jié)自身實踐經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一個小學(xué)語文小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)模式,并對該模式做簡要解釋。該研究所得到基礎(chǔ)理論模式大致流程如下:確定分組模式、組建合作學(xué)習(xí)小組、進行小組合作學(xué)習(xí)實施和評價、對合作學(xué)習(xí)小組進行管理。其次,本文采用多案例研究方法,在細化了研究過程的設(shè)計和明確了案例的選取上,選擇了魯西北三所有代表性的學(xué)校,以該校的小組合作學(xué)習(xí)模式作為研究對象。結(jié)合多案例邏輯的復(fù)現(xiàn),比較分析小組合作學(xué)習(xí)模式在組建、實施評價、管理方面的異同之處。然后,通過多案例的比較和分析,對三所學(xué)校的語文小組合作學(xué)習(xí)模式做橫向比較研究,得出合作學(xué)習(xí)小組組建、實施評價、管理的一般規(guī)律,以完善補充上述基礎(chǔ)理論模式。最后,筆者結(jié)合自身教學(xué)實際和上述經(jīng)驗理論,概括出一個較為完善的語文小組合作學(xué)習(xí)模式,對該模式下的各組成部分做詳細介紹。并在最后一章節(jié)結(jié)合一線的實踐經(jīng)驗,對構(gòu)建的理論模式的實施提出若干反思建議和研究展望,以提高小組合作學(xué)習(xí)的效率,使該理論更好的服務(wù)于小學(xué)語文教學(xué)實踐。
[Abstract]:With the emphasis on the students' comprehensive quality, the students' problem-solving ability and interpersonal cooperation ability are emphasized in the educational circles. Group cooperative learning as a teaching strategy is more and more used in classroom teaching. In order to further study this teaching strategy and explore the effectiveness of its use, this paper takes the combination of theory and practice as the principle. Combined with their own teaching experience in the first experimental primary school in Gaotang County, to introduce in detail, to evaluate the cooperative learning model of the Chinese group in this school. And the use of multi-case studies and the other two schools to compare the cooperative learning model, in order to explore some of the basic rules of the cooperative teaching model. First, this paper systematically combs the literature at home and abroad. And on the basis of summing up their own practical experience, this paper puts forward a basic mode of cooperative learning in Chinese groups in primary schools. The basic theoretical model is as follows: determine the grouping model, set up cooperative learning group, carry out group cooperative learning implementation and evaluation. Secondly, this paper uses the multi-case study method to refine the design of the research process and clear the selection of cases, select all the representative schools in the west and north of Shandong Province. This paper takes the cooperative learning model of the school as the research object. Combined with the repetition of multi-case logic, the paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of the cooperative learning model in the construction, implementation, evaluation and management. Then. Through the comparison and analysis of many cases, this paper makes a horizontal comparative study on the cooperative learning model of Chinese groups in three schools, and draws the general rules of forming, implementing evaluation and management of cooperative learning groups. In order to perfect and supplement the above basic theoretical model. Finally, the author combined with his own teaching practice and the above empirical theory, summed up a more perfect language group cooperative learning model. In the last chapter, combined with the first line of practical experience, put forward a number of reflective suggestions and research prospects for the implementation of the theoretical model. In order to improve the efficiency of cooperative learning, make the theory better serve the primary school Chinese teaching practice.
