【摘要】：目的探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮對(duì)青少年應(yīng)對(duì)方式、社會(huì)支持以及父母教養(yǎng)方式的影響,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的臨床治療和康復(fù)提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用應(yīng)對(duì)方式問卷、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表及父母教養(yǎng)方式評(píng)價(jià)量表,對(duì)88名網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮青少年(觀察組)和90名健康青少年(對(duì)照組)進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果觀察組的社會(huì)支持總分及各維度得分均低于對(duì)照組(P值均0.01);應(yīng)對(duì)方式總分及自責(zé)、幻想、退避、合理化4個(gè)因子得分均高于對(duì)照組(P值均0.01),解決問題和求助2個(gè)因子得分均低于對(duì)照組(P值均0.01);父母教養(yǎng)方式中父母情感溫暖理解因子得分均低于對(duì)照組(P值均0.01),父親懲罰嚴(yán)厲和拒絕否認(rèn)以及母親過分干涉、過度保護(hù),拒絕否認(rèn),懲罰嚴(yán)厲因子得分均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論青少年的應(yīng)對(duì)方式不良、社會(huì)支持狀況差和父母教養(yǎng)粗放是導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的重要影響因素。網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的治療除藥物以外,青少年和父母的心理重建以及構(gòu)建良好的多層次、多角度社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng)非常重要。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of Internet addiction on coping style, social support and parental rearing style of adolescents, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment and rehabilitation of Internet addiction. Methods 88 adolescents with Internet addiction (observation group) and 90 healthy adolescents (control group) were investigated with coping style questionnaire, social support assessment scale and parental rearing style evaluation scale. Results the total score of social support and the scores of each dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01), the scores of coping style and self-blame, fantasy, retreat and rationalization were higher than those in the control group (P = 0.01), and the scores of problem solving and help seeking were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01). The scores of parents' emotional warmth and understanding factors in parental rearing patterns were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01). The scores of severe punishment and refusal to deny, excessive interference, over-protection and refusal to deny by the father were higher than those in the control group (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Conclusion the poor coping style, poor social support and extensive parental rearing are the important influencing factors of Internet addiction. In addition to drugs, the psychological reconstruction of adolescents and parents and the construction of a good multi-level and multi-angle social support system are very important in the treatment of Internet addiction.
