我國(guó)中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)過(guò)30多年的發(fā)展已成為我國(guó)教育的一個(gè)重要組成部分,全國(guó)有數(shù)十萬(wàn)家各類(lèi)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu),每年培訓(xùn)的青少年超過(guò)1億人次,創(chuàng)造3000-4000億元的市場(chǎng)價(jià)值,而且每年還在以超過(guò)10%以上的速度增長(zhǎng)。雖然我國(guó)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)量龐大、從業(yè)人員、培訓(xùn)人數(shù)的數(shù)量眾多,但仍屬于初級(jí)階段,從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)不高、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng)。中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)大多發(fā)展時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),規(guī)模不大,制度建設(shè)不完善,普遍存在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的誠(chéng)信不足的問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重制約了企業(yè)發(fā)展。在經(jīng)濟(jì)日趨全球化的今天,建設(shè)企業(yè)誠(chéng)信文化是企業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素。目前我國(guó)中小教育機(jī)構(gòu)逐漸意識(shí)到誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè)的重要性,很多機(jī)構(gòu)已開(kāi)始探索建立有中國(guó)特色的企業(yè)誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè),培養(yǎng)員工的誠(chéng)信意識(shí),塑造企業(yè)的誠(chéng)信價(jià)值觀,建立誠(chéng)信管理機(jī)制,旨在提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文從誠(chéng)信文化的基本概念入手,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法,梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于誠(chéng)信文化的研究成果,通過(guò)調(diào)查研究法,分析了我國(guó)教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及我國(guó)中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)在誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè)上存在的問(wèn)題;通過(guò)案例研究法,以學(xué)尚教育培訓(xùn)中心為例,重點(diǎn)分析了學(xué)尚教育誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè)所采取的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成效;在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出我國(guó)中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)在誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè)上的對(duì)策和舉措。 通過(guò)研究,我們認(rèn)為,中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè)是中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素,我們首先要認(rèn)識(shí)到誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè)對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性,才能重視企業(yè)的誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè),讓整個(gè)社會(huì)都來(lái)關(guān)注、督促中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè),讓中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的從業(yè)人員自覺(jué)樹(shù)立誠(chéng)信意識(shí),加強(qiáng)誠(chéng)信制度建設(shè),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的良性的、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。 論文的創(chuàng)新和貢獻(xiàn)之處在于:一、提出誠(chéng)信意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)和誠(chéng)信制度的建設(shè)是中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵;二、實(shí)地調(diào)研了合肥市中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的狀況,分析其存在的問(wèn)題,總結(jié)了誠(chéng)信文化建設(shè)對(duì)其自身發(fā)展的重要性;三、以合肥市中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的代表——學(xué)尚教育培訓(xùn)中心為典型案例進(jìn)行分析,為中小教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的可持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)提供了有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of development, educational and training institutions in China have become an important part of education in our country. There are hundreds of thousands of educational and training institutions in China. More than 100 million young people are trained every year, creating a market value of 3000-400 billion yuan, and it is still growing at a rate of more than 10 per cent every year. Although the number of educational and training institutions in China is huge, the number of employees and the number of training personnel is large, but it still belongs to the primary stage, the quality of employees is not high, the competitiveness is not strong. Most of the small and medium-sized education and training institutions have not developed for a long time, the scale is not large, the system construction is not perfect, and there is a common problem of lack of integrity in the management process, which seriously restricts the development of enterprises. With the increasing globalization of economy, the construction of enterprise integrity culture is the basis of the healthy and orderly development of enterprises and an important factor for the sustainable development of enterprises. At present, small and medium-sized educational institutions in China are gradually aware of the importance of the construction of integrity culture. Many institutions have begun to explore the establishment of enterprise integrity culture construction with Chinese characteristics, cultivate the integrity consciousness of employees, shape the integrity values of enterprises, and establish integrity management mechanism, in order to improve the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises. Starting with the basic concept of honesty culture, this paper combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on honesty culture through the method of literature research, and through the method of investigation and research, analyzes the development of educational and training institutions in our country and the problems existing in the construction of honesty culture in small and medium-sized educational and training institutions in our country. Through the case study method, taking the Learning Education and training Center as an example, this paper focuses on the successful experience and effectiveness of the construction of the good faith culture in the study and education, and on this basis, puts forward the countermeasures and measures for the construction of the credit culture in the small and medium-sized education and training institutions in our country. Through the study, we believe that the construction of honesty culture in small and medium-sized education and training institutions is an important factor for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized education and training institutions. First of all, we must recognize the importance of the construction of good faith culture to the development of enterprises, in order to attach importance to the construction of enterprise integrity culture, let the whole society pay attention to, and urge the construction of integrity culture of small and medium-sized education and training institutions. Let the practitioners of small and medium-sized education and training institutions consciously establish the sense of good faith and strengthen the construction of good faith system, so as to realize the benign and sustainable development of small and medium-sized education and training institutions. The innovation and contribution of this paper lies in: first, it is pointed out that the cultivation of honesty consciousness and the construction of honesty system are the key to the construction of honesty culture in small and medium-sized education and training institutions, second, the situation of small and medium-sized education and training institutions in Hefei is investigated on the spot, the existing problems are analyzed, and the importance of the construction of honesty culture to its own development is summarized. Third, taking Xuexang Education and training Center, a representative of small and medium-sized education and training institutions in Hefei, as a typical case, it provides useful enlightenment for the sustainable growth of small and medium-sized education and training institutions.
