【摘要】：目的了解大學(xué)生主觀職業(yè)障礙與人格特征的關(guān)系,探索影響大學(xué)生主觀職業(yè)障礙的人格因素。方法采用大學(xué)生主觀職業(yè)障礙職前問(wèn)卷和大五人格簡(jiǎn)式量表對(duì)北京某大學(xué)165名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行測(cè)試。結(jié)果總體上,男生和女生的主觀職業(yè)障礙總分不存在顯著差異(t=1.26,P0.05);農(nóng)村學(xué)生的主觀職業(yè)障礙總分顯著高于城市學(xué)生的主觀職業(yè)障礙總分(t=3.17,P0.01);大學(xué)生主觀職業(yè)障礙與宜人性(r=0.215,P0.01)、神經(jīng)質(zhì)(r=0.387,P0.01)有非常顯著的正相關(guān);神經(jīng)質(zhì)變量對(duì)主觀職業(yè)障礙具有顯著的正向預(yù)測(cè)作用(R2=0.15,P0.01)。結(jié)論主觀職業(yè)障礙不存在性別差異;農(nóng)村學(xué)生的主觀職業(yè)障礙顯著高于城市學(xué)生;人格中的神經(jīng)質(zhì)因子對(duì)大學(xué)生主觀職業(yè)障礙有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用,高神經(jīng)質(zhì)個(gè)體面對(duì)求職會(huì)感受到更多的障礙和心理壓力,體驗(yàn)到更多的消極情緒。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between subjective occupational disorders and personality characteristics of college students and explore the personality factors affecting them. Methods 165 college students in a certain university in Beijing were tested by pre-employment questionnaire and five-year personality scale. Results on the whole, there was no significant difference between boys and girls in the total score of subjective occupational disorders (t = 1.26P 0.05), and the total score of subjective occupational disorders of rural students was significantly higher than that of urban students (t = 3.17p 0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between subjective occupational disorders and pleasant humanity (r = 0.215P 0.01) and neuroticism (r = 0.387 / P 0.01). Neuroticism variables had a significant positive predictive effect on subjective occupational disorders (R2C0.15P0.01). Conclusion there is no gender difference in subjective occupational disorders, and the subjective occupational barriers of rural students are significantly higher than those of urban students. The neurotic factors in personality can positively predict the subjective occupational disorders of college students. The highly neurotic individuals will feel more obstacles and psychological pressure and experience more negative emotions in the face of job hunting.
